In response to the Supreme Court's decision today that the Clean Water Act only applies to wetlands if they have a, "continuous surface connection to a larger, regulated body of water", Jean-Pierre says that Biden will, "use every legal authority available to him to ensure Americans in every state have clean water", seemingly suggesting he will attempt to go around the court's decision.
