Anon has a better idea: put cameras, with audio, in every classroom.

If a student complains about racial-based treatment?

Have the student and parents sit down and watch the video.

Show them their behavior is different from the other children.

"You might not have been paying attention to the other children's behavior while you were in the classroom. So here, sit still, be at peace, and watch. See how the other children are acting? And then, see how you behaved?"

Anon knows it's a struggle. Maybe we can educate them.

It's even a "think mirror" - just, it's using the camera to record the image so the mirror can be displayed at a later date. Sometimes we have to show them. So, now we have proper tools to do so dispassionately; outside of the context of the "fight".

That poor father, murdered by a mob that was seeking "vengeance" on his son for some schoolyard tussle.

This behavior can be redirected.

Show them who they're really angry at; who has been keeping them fighting each other? To anon, "war" is ridiculous, it's a "why don't you and him fight?" scam/scheme, killing lots of people who might otherwise be competition for the king and other positions. Much easier resolution to assassinate, but for some reason [they] don't like efficiency in solutions, at least, when the solution involves their breathing ability.

NCSWIC.

Anyway, a good first step is to help them reflect.
