As speaker he failed to allow a senate bill to limit selected “foreign” ownership in Tx land. (Think CCP) to come up for discussion and not passed.
Since he is apparently a “Bush” RINO (“Last election younger Bush ran against Paxton and lost severely) then one conclusion could be that he and now apparently many TX reps aren’t interested in challenging CCP ownership.
In a MAGA state pols run as Republicans in MAGA districts as it is the only way to win. The other problem is the Bush repubs who hate MAGA but electors have no choice since it is between a bush Republic and crazy dem.
The Republican Party itself is at fault for their selection of candidates they support however if all the care about is the “Uniparty”then it makes sense.
Ok. Not interested in escalation or violence but not interested in sitting around watching the country going to h[ll on the off chance a plan I don’t know much about will remarkably fix things either.
Have no trouble trusting God but if I see any opportunity to help in a positive way, since I’ve been here for a long time (started with the Podesta emails on twitter) not gonna ignore it. But thanks for your concern and advice.
