Yeh yeh, not tinnitus mines moar like a connection noise, constantly there from the pineal gland. When it wants me alerted the pitch and intensity changes depending which ear and the situation. Quite a useful inbuilt tool tbh.

Restarted my iodine diet. 7 drops in a pint of water a day, selenium also helps. A must do is EDTA, get rid of those heavy metal shit which u acquire overtime.
