I would think that MI's IT capabilities are likely to be way beyond that of the F_I as all of it, everything, starts with National Security and National Defense. The F_I's capability can only take them so far and whatever they are able to do past that probably depends on MI, NSA etc……….We know that [They] have access for sure but only because they are allowed access. They know who Q+ is, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out but they don't know who Q or the Team is. And, if they did know they would promote that headline in a fucking heartbeat.
