As someone who has been under radiation, germ, and chemical warfare at various levels for over 20 years please consider what I have to say in regards to defending this great nation and our good citizens. Only since last December have I become of how deeply ingrained this problem is. The DS has been using these tactics as low level attacks to gain unfair advantage and to diminish their competition as part of a business and family entitlement model. When the volume is cranked up, it can actually become a full fledge tactical weapon against advanced Military armies. They have been creating air pathways with conduits, pvc pipes, ornamental, and copper sprinkler systems that blend into a neighborhood's facade. They also coordinate with others through private networks, cameras and drones - audio/visuals monitoring.

This should explain why in certain conflicts, many military grade weapons are abandoned and confiscated by using these tactics. It won't matter how physically fit one is, nor their training, nor how sophisticated their weapons systems are when they are attacked with these types of chemicals coupled with radiation. I have seen over the last few years many such potential installations as I walked my community alone by private individuals and by local util and gov contractors. They longer we delay, the more prepared they will be.
