The Daily Mail reported that Moscow was attacked by several suspected Ukrainian drones Tuesday morning ostensibly in revenge for Russian attacks on Kyiv.

The early morning assault specifically targeted the wealthiest areas of the city, where Putin and multiple Russian elites have homes.

One local resident pointed out the attacks all happened within “an earshot” of Putin’s official residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.

Several buildings were damaged in wealthy suburbs of Moscow, including the elite district of Rublyovka to the south-west of the capital.

One drone exploded into a mushroom cloud near the village of Usovo, which is just down the road from Putin’s official Novo-Ogaryovo residence.

Explosive drones also struck blocks of flats in Leninsky Prospekt and Profsoyuznaya Street about six miles from the centre of Moscow, reportedly wounding several residents and damaging the buildings.

Tuesday’s early morning raid targeted some of Moscow’s wealthiest areas including a western enclave where Putin and the elite have residences. Two people were injured while some Russians in two damaged apartment blocks were briefly evacuated, according to Moscow’s mayor.

The New York Times notes that this marked the first time strikes hit civilian areas in the Russia’s capital.

House Freedom Caucus Leaves Open Possibility of Filing Motion to Vacate the Chair if McCarthy Pushes Through Debt Deal

House Freedom Caucus Chairman Scott Perry on Tuesday left open the possibility of filing a motion to vacate and get rid of McCarthy if the Speaker pushes through the debt deal.

Under new House rules, it only takes one member of Congress, from either party, to bring a ‘motion to vacate’ which forces a vote on removing the Speaker of the House.

It would only take a simple majority vote to remove McCarthy.

On Tuesday members of the House Freedom Caucus held a press conference to express their disapproval of the debt ceiling agreement between McCarthy and Joe Biden.

”This deal fails, fails completely…we will do everything in our power to stop it and end it now,” Perry said.

DC Water Possibly Contaminated Officials Issue “Boil Water Advisory”

On Monday morning, DC Water issued an emergency “boil water advisory” for several neighborhoods in Northeast Washington DC.

In the advisory officials’ warned residents of Fort Lincoln, Langdon, and Woodridge neighborhoods that their water was unfit to drink or cook with unless it was boiled first.

The advisory also warned residents to not use water for washing vegetables, brushing teeth or giving water to pets.

Officials at DC Water announced the advisory after residents in Northeast DC lost water pressure.

According to WUSA 9 the advisor was issued out of caution “because it may have been possible for bacteria or other disease-causing organisms to enter the water through cracks, breaks or joints in the distribution system.”

The event will culminate in an all-ages “dance party.”

Texas Lawmakers Pass Bill Allowing Removal Of 'Rogue' Prosecutors Who Fail To Enforce Laws

House Bill 17 (pdf) was introduced by Republican state Sen. Joan Huffman earlier this year and it passed the Senate Sunday in a 20–11 vote after passing both legislative houses in April.

It now heads to Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk to be signed into law.

Under the legislation, Texas residents who have lived in a county for at least six months may file a petition against a prosecuting attorney accusing them of misconduct if the top local prosecutor fails to “prosecute a class or type of criminal offense under state law,” or if they instruct law enforcement to “refuse to arrest individuals suspected of committing a class or type of offense under state law.”

The legislation defines a prosecuting attorney as a district or county attorney with criminal jurisdiction, while misconduct is defined as “intentional, unlawful behavior relating to official duties by an officer entrusted with the administration of justice or the execution of the law.”

According to the legislation, a public statement from the prosecuting attorney stating that they plan to adopt or enforce a policy in which they fail to enforce certain laws “creates a rebuttable presumption that the prosecuting attorney committed official misconduct,” and means they can face a removal trial for official misconduct.

The legislation also removes pretrial “diversion programs” which allow for conditional dismissals of cases when permissible under state law.

Abortions, Thefts Divide Prosecutors

If found guilty, a judge may order the attorney’s removal, according to the bill’s text. Once removed, Abbott can appoint a prosecutor’s successor until the next election.

“On receiving a petition for removal of a prosecuting attorney … the presiding judge of the administrative judicial region shall assign a district court judge of a judicial district that does not include the county in which the petition was filed to conduct the removal proceedings,” the bill states.

The legislation comes after a group of attorneys nationwide, including five from Texas, signed an open letter (pdf) stating that they would refuse to prosecute any cases that criminalize abortion in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade in June 2022.

Under Texas law, abortion is a felony, except in cases where the mother is suffering from a “life-threatening physical condition” or there is “a serious risk of substantial impairment of a major bodily function.”

China will “unswervingly promote high-level opening up” and foster a “market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment,” the Chinese Foreign Ministry quoted Qin as telling Musk during a meeting on Tuesday in Beijing. “China’s development is an opportunity for the world.”

Tesla is among the leading overseas manufacturers operating in China, relying on the country as its largest production hub and the second-biggest market for its electric vehicles. Musk, who has a net worth estimated by Forbes at nearly $200 billion, was expected to meet with other Chinese officials and visit Tesla’s plant in Shanghai after wrapping up his talks with Qin. He followed in a long line of US business leaders – such as Apple CEO Tim Cook and Pfizer’s Albert Bourla – who have returned to China for visits after being shut out for nearly three years during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Those trips have come amid rising geopolitical tensions in Beijing, which cut off military and climate ties with Washington last August on concern over alleged US meddling in Taiwan. China reportedly declined a request by US officials for the American and Chinese defense ministers to meet when both men are at a security conference next month in Singapore. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Tuesday that the US side “should earnestly respect China’s sovereignty, security and interest concerns [and] immediately correct its wrong practices.”

The ministry said that during his meeting with Musk, Qin used a driving metaphor to illustrate what must be done to mend US-Chinese relations: “We need to keep the steering wheel in the right direction of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.” He added that the countries must skillfully use their brakes and accelerators to “avoid dangerous driving” and promote mutually beneficial cooperation.

Musk replied that Tesla opposes “decoupling” of the US and Chinese economies, which he described as “conjoined twins,” according to the ministry. Tesla is willing to expand its operations in China, capitalizing on the country’s development opportunities, and has a high regard for the diligence and intelligence of the Chinese people, he said.

Qin, then Chinese ambassador to Washington, thanked Musk last October for promoting peace in the Taiwan Strait. He praised the billionaire’s idea of reunifying China by making Taiwan a special administrative region with some degree of autonomy.

US Spent $13 Billion Sponsoring Unaccompanied Minor Children At The Border Since 2012

The chaos on America’s southern border has had unintended consequence – a human catastrophe hurting tens of thousands of unaccompanied, defenseless children.

Despite generous taxpayer funding, the federal infrastructure to provide for these children and ensure their safety is woefully incompetent.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), a part of the Administration for Children and Families, provides social services for unaccompanied children crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

Earlier this year the office came under fire for reports children were being placed with abusive “sponsors” and made to work full time in grueling conditions, violating child labor laws. An Inspector General report released in 2023 additionally criticized the agency for not conducting background checks on employees and contractors charged with caring for children.

Our auditors at OpenTheBooks.com found that the agency spent $2.7 billion to “sponsor” unaccompanied minors – a staggering $18,000 per child. Roughly 150,000 unaccompanied minors were encountered at the southern border in fiscal year 2022.

However, today, reports indicate that up to 85,000 “sponsored” children are missing – their locations and whereabouts are not known.

Background

Unaccompanied children are defined as those under 18 who have no lawful immigration status in the U.S. and who do not have a parent or legal guardian that can provide custody.

According to the agency’s Unaccompanied Children (UC) Program website, the office oversees making placement decisions for these minors, releasing them to “qualified sponsors and family members,” and providing the children with legal representation and advice, among many other responsibilities.

Big Spikes in Federal Funding

OpenTheBooks auditors found that between 2012-2022, the program has doled out $12.8 billion in grants, with a substantial increase in 2018 and again in 2022.

Grant spending in this area has increased by about a billion dollars in 2022 over 2021. This year the budget is $2.7 billion, up from $950 million in 2017.

Most spending on unaccompanied minors takes place in Texas ($7.8 billion) followed by New York ($1.4 billion) and Florida ($660 million).

CIA Officers Admit the Agency Ran Drug Trafficking Operations

In new memoir, CIA expert shares interviews he conducted with CIA paramilitary officers who spilled the beans about CIA drug trafficking along with other major crimes.

In 1991, during the 1st Persian Gulf War, investigative journalist Douglas Valentine traveled to Thailand and interviewed a group of legendary CIA officers who had helped run the secret war in Laos and other clandestine operations in the Indochina Wars.

Now 66, Poshepny lived at the time in a big, beautiful home in a fancy neighborhood in Udon Thani, Thailand, home of a major U.S. air base during the Indochina Wars used for carrying out secret bombing missions over Laos.

Poshepny owned a lumber and security consultant business and a sugar and tapioca farm; he was considered around town to be a friendly guy but a belligerent drunk.

Poshepny’s father had been a naval officer and he had become desensitized to violence serving with the Marines in the Battle of Iwo Jima during World War II.

During a meeting with Poshepny, who suffered from diabetes and cirrhosis from years of heavy drinking, Valentine noticed that he was missing two middle fingers. Poshepny also liked to tell obscene jokes.

He told Valentine that he was proud of things he had done with political implications, notably his involvement in a failed CIA coup against Indonesian socialist leader Sukarno in 1958, where he and CIA officer “Pat” Landry supplied mutinous military forces in oil-rich Sumatra with M16s and thousands of rounds of ammunition. “It was an adventure,” Poshepny said.

Poshepny, around the same time, told Valentine that he had created a guerrilla army in Thailand to try to destabilize Cambodia, which was then ruled by neutralist Prince Norodom Sihanouk, who was seen as too friendly to the North Vietnamese communists.

After Cambodia, Poshepny went on to Tibet, where he was awarded a coveted intelligence medal for his role in a CIA operation to support the Dalai Lama and recruit his supporters into a guerrilla army that waged war against the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

During the Korean War (1950-1953), Poshepny worked under station chief John Hart[2] in South Korea, training guerrillas and running operations up the eastern coast to the Soviet border near Vladivostok.

Admitted Child Predator Cop Has Conviction Thrown Out Only to Be Busted AGAIN, Hit with 50 Charges

His reprehensible acts only came to light after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off the Oregon Justice Department regarding child pornography circulating on Facebook. Once the investigation was initiated, the net of guilt quickly closed around Salterio. He was arrested on February 8, 2019, and subsequently resigned from his position as a Myrtle Creek police officer the next day, a position he had held since August 2017.

This story raises severe questions about the vetting procedures for individuals who are trusted with the responsibility of caring for vulnerable children. A lawsuit of $2.5 million was filed on behalf of the 10-year-old victim, accusing the Department of Human Services and the City of Myrtle Creek of negligence and violation of the child’s constitutional rights. The suit alleged that as a police officer, Salterio was not properly vetted for his eligibility as a foster parent. Worse, even when the child-welfare agency discovered Salterio was under criminal investigation, they shockingly continued to let the child remain in his care until his arrest.

Fast forward to the present day, May 24, 2023, and we find Salterio in the headlines once again. Salterio was given special privilege, and his prior convictions were disturbingly thrown out last month. This serial child predator now faces an even more serious indictment. He is accused once more of impersonating a teenage boy on Facebook, compelling underage girls to send him sexually explicit content, and sexually abusing his 10-year-old foster child.

Biden, McCarthy Agree on $886 Billion Military Budget

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) slammed the debt limit deal in an appearance on Fox News on Sunday. “The Biden defense budget was a joke before, and if we adopt it as Republicans, we will be doing a big disservice to the party of Ronald Reagan,” Graham said.

“The biggest winner of the Biden defense budget is China because they’ll have a bigger navy,” Graham added.

Hawks in Congress have gotten their way over the past two years as they approved significantly more military spending than what President Biden requested for 2022 and 2023. For 2023, President Biden asked for $813 billion in military spending, but Congress added $45 billion, bringing the finalized National Defense Authorization Act to $858 billion.

A similar increase for 2024 could bring the NDAA close to $1 trillion. The US also authorizes other national security spending that is not included in the NDAA. According to analyst Winslow Wheeler, factoring in other types of expenditures on the national security state, including interest on debt and the Veteran Affairs budget, would bring the total defense budget for 2024 to around $1.5 trillion.

Donor with deep Ukraine ties lent $500,000 to Biden’s brother

A donor with deep ties to Ukraine loaned Joe Biden’s younger brother half-a-million dollars at the same time the then-vice president oversaw U.S. policy toward the country, according to public records reviewed by POLITICO.

The 2015 loan came as Biden’s brother faced financial difficulties related to his acquisition of a multimillion-dollar vacation home, nicknamed “the Biden Bungalow,” in South Florida.

There is no indication that the loan influenced Joe Biden’s official actions, but it furthers a decades-long pattern, detailed in a POLITICO investigation earlier this month, by which relatives of the former vice president have leaned on his political allies for money and otherwise benefited financially from the Biden name.

Details of the loan are laid out in property records in Collier County, Florida, where Biden’s younger brother, James, and James’ wife Sara, owned until recently a home on Keewaydin Island. The luxurious, six-bed, seven-bath home comes with a guest house and sits on five acres along a pristine, miles-long stretch of sandy beach.

In May 2015, James and Sara Biden took out a second mortgage against the home. The mortgage secured a $500,000 loan they had received from a corporate entity, 1018 PL LLC, that had been registered in Delaware two months earlier.

The documents gave no hint who was behind 1018 PL, but last February, as James and Sara were selling the house, the lender filed a release of the mortgage, a document that discharges a lien in the public land records. The release revealed that 1018 PL LLC was controlled by John Hynansky, a Ukrainian-American businessman and longtime donor to Joe Biden’s campaigns.

“John Hynansky is a longtime friend of the Bidens,” said a spokesman for James and Sara Biden. “He did provide a series of loans during a two-year period while the Bidens were undergoing major renovations of the island home.” The spokesman said that the debt was also secured by James’ and Sara’s primary residence, and that the 6 percent interest they paid was above prevailing market rates. He did not address a question about why they sought financing from Hynansky rather than a financial institution.

The former vice president’s ties to Hynansky date back to at least 1987, when Hynansky and his then-wife, Deanna, cut campaign checks for $1,000 each to support Biden’s first presidential run. A spokesman for the Biden campaign, Andrew Bates, declined to comment for this story.

Hynansky, born in Germany after his parents fled Ukraine during World War II, came to the U.S. as a child in 1949, settling in Delaware. He became a successful car dealer, first in the U.S., then in Post-Cold War Ukraine, earning a reputation as a hard-nosed negotiator who was well-liked by his employees. He also became a major philanthropist of Ukrainian causes in the U.S. and Ukraine, underwriting sports, culture, orphanages and hospitals.

In the early 1990s, when the government of Ukraine lacked the funds to buy the property for a consulate in New York, Hynansky financed the purchase himself.

Internet companies are legally shielded from liability for content from third parties under Section 230, which passed in 1996 with a carveout passed in 2018.

In their lawsuit against the online forum, the parents and victims cited the carveout, which made it easier for victims to bring civil sex-trafficking claims against companies if the "conduct underlying" the case would equate to criminal federal sex trafficking, according to The Hill.

The main issue was whether the underlying conduct was committed by only the website or the third parties.

The victims and their families argued that internet companies should be held liable for "knowingly" benefiting from the third party's crime. Denmark Plans $2.6 Billion More for Ukraine, Zelenskiy Praises 'Major Contribution'

Denmark plans to increase its spending on military aid to Ukraine by 17.9 billion crowns ($2.59 billion) over this year and next, Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said on Monday, winning thanks for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

Denmark, with a population of less than 6 million, in March established a $1 billion fund for military, civilian and business aid to Ukraine in 2023.

Frederiksen, seen as a possible contender to become new NATO chief, on Monday told Danish public radio the government planned to add another 7.5 billion crowns to the fund this year, and 10.4 billion next year.

"This major contribution will further strengthen the combat capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the short and medium term," Zelenskiy said in a tweet. "Our strength is in unity!"

The new money is earmarked for military aid, Danmarks Radio reported.

The announcement comes ahead of visits this week by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Denmark's fellow Nordic countries Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Jens Stoltenberg, the transatlantic military alliance's secretary-general, is due to step down in September.

Finland recently joined NATO due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and Sweden hopes to join by the alliance's summit in Vilnius in July.

WHO releases draft Pandemic Treaty with COP to ensure implementation and compliance

A week ago, a draft text of the Pandemic Treaty was released. The text titled ‘Bureau’s text of the WHO CA+’ was drafted by the Bureau of WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (“INB”).

Which governments have been negotiating the draft? The World Health Organisation would lead us to believe 194 countries have been involved. But this is misinformation. It would appear none of our governments have been involved.

So, who is WHO’s Bureau?

Note: The proposed Pandemic Treaty has been referred to by a variety of names, even by WHO, some of which are mentioned in this article. But it is formally known as the “WHO CA+,” an abbreviation for “WHO Convention Agreement +.”

The word “pandemic” is not included in the name of the treaty. And together with “+” at the end, could indicate it is a treaty that covers more than pandemics or health. And it does. By way of embedding the One Health approach into its text, the treaty becomes an all-encompassing global dictatorship over all life and the systems that support it.

Drafting and Approving the Pandemic Treaty Text

In December 2021, it was decided at a special session of the World Health Assembly to establish an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (“INB”), representing all regions of the world, to draft and negotiate “a WHO convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” – now referred to as the WHO CA+.

In July 2022, at the second meeting of the INB, it was agreed that the WHO CA+ should be legally binding and contain both legally binding and non-legally binding elements. The INB Bureau was requested to develop and present to the INB a conceptual zero draft of the WHO CA+ for discussion.

As well as Article 19, INB identified Article 21 of the WHO Constitution under which WHO CA+ should be adopted.

33 arrested as global money laundering service is shut down

Italian-led investigation uncovers intricate system used to launder drug money for criminal networks

This morning authorities in Italy and Spain arrested 33 suspects in a coordinated action against a globally active money laundering criminal network. The alleged perpetrators, who are of Italian, Albanian, Colombian, Moroccan, and Syrian nationality, had built up an international network of companies to launder dirty money. As a so-called “money laundering network controller”, the criminal network offered a professional criminal service to veil the origin of proceeds generated by illegal drug trafficking from South America.

With the support of Europol and Eurojust, money-laundering specialists from the Italian Guardia di Finanza uncovered a network of electronics companies located around the globe and seized EUR 18.5 million in assets. The intricate structure used companies in countries such as China, Türkiye, and the United States of America, amongst others. This complex web of companies allowed organised crime to disguise the nature, source, location, ownership, control, origin and/or destination of illegally acquired funds and to avoid their detection.

Trade-based money laundering

In order to launder drug profits generated in Europe, the arrested criminals offered a service of trade-based money laundering known as the “Black Market Pesos Exchange”. This process reduces the risk of losing money through seizures and allows for faster access to the funds. The drug producers would provide drugs to the Italian buyers as a form of credit. The profits generated from the sale of the drugs in Europe were then picked up by brokers, introduced into companies, and used for ordering goods such as mobile phones from China, to state just one example. These goods were then shipped to the United States and further transported to Colombia, where they were offered on the market. Upon being sold, the cartels such as the Grupo Armado Organizado received the cash and thus their veiled payment for the drugs provided to European sellers.

AMO, FURA Seize of 4616 Pounds Cocaine in Southeastern, Puerto RIco

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) and Puerto Rico Police FURA Units, seized 4,616 pounds (2,094 kilograms) of cocaine found inside a vessel that landed in the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico. The estimated street value of the seized cocaine is approximately $48.1 million.

On May 28, during a routine patrol, the crew of an AMO aircraft located a vessel with three occupants without navigation lights navigating south near the island of Culebra, Puerto Rico.

The AMO crew kept surveillance of the vessel contacting an AMO Coastal Interceptor unit to reach a suspect Eduardoño-type vessel with two outboard engines.

The AMO Coastal unit was able to reach the suspect vessel near Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, turning on the blue law enforcement lights, and spotlight. The operators of the vessel failed to heave and during the pursuit they struck a reef and beached the vessel. The three occupants fled into a wooded area in Punta Guayanes, Yabucoa.

“Smuggling organizations are attempting to disguise their illegal activities as those of normal leisure boaters,” Augusto Reyes, Director of the Caribbean Air and Marine Branch. “AMO agents are highly skilled, able to see through their tactics, and committed to use all our capabilities to interdict them and stop their illegal smuggling ventures.”

Puerto Rico Police and FURA officers searched the area. Due to the dense vegetation and rocky terrain, agents and officers were unable to locate the individuals. Inside the vessel 58 bales of cocaine were found.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) took custody of the narcotics for investigation.

On May 4, CBP seized cocaine worth $3.1 million in two separate incidents in Culebra and Vieques.

Meet The ‘Nonpartisan’ Dark-Money Group Rigging Michigan Elections So Democrats Can’t Lose

Over the past five years, Michigan has been completely transformed by a series of ruinous electoral reforms. This development, however, has nothing to do with some Trump-induced hangover or the popularity of its Democratic governor, Gretchen Whitmer. These reforms are part of a nationwide conspiracy concocted by a vast network of leftist dark money using “nonpartisan” proxy organizations and the ballot initiative loophole to circumvent the ordinary political process.

In Michigan, the principal puppet behind these reforms has been a little-known “nonpartisan advocacy organization” with the anodyne name of Voters Not Politicians (VNP). VNP supposedly began when Katie Fahey, a 27-year-old recycling activist, made a Facebook post about ending gerrymandering that went viral after the 2016 election.

Beyond this humble origin story, however, the details surrounding the organization are much shadier. Nancy Wang, the current executive director and a former law professor at the University of Michigan, is listed as a co-founder. Fahey has since departed the organization, and her story, once widely touted by the organization, is now nowhere to be found within their messaging.

Meanwhile, its supposed nonpartisanship had been called into question as early as 2017, when seven of its 10 board members were revealed to have donated to Democratic politicians in the past. This association with state Democrats has since only become more intimate. The current chairman of the board once served as the chief of staff to the former minority leader of the statehouse. At the same time, its vice chair is the executive director of the notoriously unbiased Michigan chapter of the League of Conservation Voters.

Even more revealing is VNP’s finances. During the 2018 election cycle, Voters Not Politicians notably received a large donation of $250,000 from Eric Holder’s National Democratic Redistricting Committee, odd for a supposedly “nonpartisan” organization. However, that donation accounted for only a fraction of the more than $16 million it received.

As noted by Politico and former OpenSecrets reporter Jessica Piper, the vast majority of that funding came from out-of-state, liberal dark money groups, with two-thirds of it coming from only two organizations: Sixteen Thirty Fund and Action Now Initiative, which contributed $6 million and $5 million, respectively.

Kari Lake Drops a Bomb on War Room After Video Is Released of Maricopa County Employees Reprogramming Machines to Fail: “We Have MORE Video Coming Out”

Kari Lake joined Bannon’s War Room this morning to give a big update on her election lawsuit and the newly discovered evidence that her election was rigged by corrupt Maricopa County officials.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Kari Lake’s fight against the stolen Arizona Midterm election and her recent trial on signature verification fraud after the claim was remanded by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Despite massive evidence of fraud in the Midterm Election and sham signature verification, Judge Peter A. Thompson again ruled in favor of the Defendants, claiming that “level one and level two signature review did take place in some fashion.”

The Gateway Pundit recently reported on newly available records that show Maricopa County began “secret” Logic and Accuracy testing on October 14th, after the statutorily required October 11th test, and the legally required public notice was not given.

This is a smoking gun in Kari Lake’s stolen election contest. Lake attorney Kurt Olsen concluded that “this evidence would support our allegation that this election was rigged.”

However, Judge Thompson dismissed this new evidence of intentional Election Day tabulator failures before the recent trial.

The Gateway Pundit reported on new footage that shows Maricopa County employees reprogramming the voting machines on October 14th, 17th, and 18th, after their statutory Logic and Accuracy testing, so that 59% of them would fail when Republican voters came in to vote on Election Day in 2022.

In the video, on October 14th, these reprogrammed machines can be seen jamming as employees test them, just as they did on Election Day. Still, the County claims this testing was not done in secret, despite no public warning, oversight, or media presence. They also claim that it was not “testing.”

Now Kari Lake says they have more footage like the video referenced above.

“They didn’t count on the fact that our side, the good guys, were actually recording this 24-hour footage to be used later, as in right now,” said Kari.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake plans to appeal the bogus ruling. Lake said in a recent press conference she will “continue pushing our case to the United States Supreme Court.”

Lake: The video shows Maricopa County breaking the seals on the tabulator machines and basically reprogramming them. There’s no observers there, there’s no Republican, Democrat observers, and no lawyers there, they’re breaking into the machines, [and] reprogramming them so that they would fail on election day. And this is what you’re seeing here. Now, we did try to bring this in when we were just in court. We told the judge, “hey, look, we got this new information that we did not have in the last trial because Maricopa County dragged their feet and wouldn’t give us the system log files.” We finally got it and we started to sift through that information with our experts. They said, wait a minute, did you see this? Over three days after they did their official dog and pony show, where they certified and tested the machines, over a three-day period October 14, 17, and 18th, they went in and reprogrammed these machines so that they would fail. They tested them, they found out that about 60% of them would fail. They knew that going into election day, they used those on election day, they put the failing machines in Republican areas.
