South Africa’s Ruling ANC Party to Pass New Apartheid Bill that Forces Companies to Ban “Non-Black Africans” from Employment

Many white South Africans will be forced to leave the country under the current regime’s latest apartheid legislation.

Now new government rules will make it nearly impossible for business owners to hire whites or Indians in the country. Controversial affirmative action policies mean blacks take precedence over whites in the job market.

This is the racist reality of South Africa today. This doesn’t make many headlines.

Over one million South Africans have migrated in the past 7 years.

South Africa’s governing African National Congress (ANC) has drafted amendments to its recently-passed Employment Equity Act that labor experts and opposition parties say will ban “non-black Africans” from employment across most of the economy.

Under the ANC’s affirmative action and black economic empowerment (BEE) policies, instituted after it took power in 1994, companies are only permitted to employ a few white people, with management positions in particular largely reserved for black citizens.

Many white professionals continue to emigrate in search of employment, with millions now residing in countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

According to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, 914,901 South African citizens emigrated between 2015 and 2020.

Dirk Hermann, of the Solidarity trade union, told The Epoch Times: “Our research shows that it’s not only skilled white South Africans leaving the country but also Indian, colored [mixed race] and black citizens.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Ignores Residents’ Opposition, Fills College with 300 Border Crossers

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) is seemingly ignoring opposition from residents on the sanctuary city’s Northwest Side and has prematurely filled the Wilbur Wright College with more than 300 border crossers and illegal aliens.

Weeks ago, Johnson’s office began floating an idea to fill up Wilbur Wright College with hundreds of newly arrived border crossers and illegal aliens — most of whom have no ties to the United States but are taking advantage of President Joe Biden’s expansive Catch and Release network at the southern border.

The initial plan suggested that border crossers and illegal aliens would not be placed at the college until early next month and after input from locals.

This week, though, more than 300 border crossers and illegal aliens were placed at the college despite opposition from residents and without warning. During a town hall meeting last week, residents on Chicago’s Northwest Side spoke out against the city’s plans to turn their neighborhood into a migrant encampment.

“It seems this whole thing was dumped on us,” one resident said. “We pay taxes in this district and we should have been told what’s going on and why.”

“They can just roam the neighborhood. We have seniors, children, disabled. Do all these people have background checks?” another resident noted. “… this is an absolute slap in the face to those who came here legally,” another said to roaring applause.

When Jesus Del Toro with Chicago’s Office of New Americans told the residents that turning Wilbur Wright College into a migrant shelter was in tune with the city’s history of promoting immigration, he was booed loudly.

Northwest Side residents are not the only ones outraged by Johnson’s spreading illegal immigration across Chicago. Predominately black residents on the city’s South Side are equally as fed up, going as far as to file a lawsuit to stop a former school from being transformed into a migrant shelter.

Johnson, though, has similarly ignored the residents.

During his inaugural address, as Breitbart News reported, Johnson suggested that Chicago has tons of room for border crossers and illegal aliens.

“We don’t want our story to be told that we were unable to house the unhoused or provide safe harbor for those who are seeking refuge here because enough room for everyone in the city of Chicago, whether you are seeking asylum or you are looking for a fully funded neighborhood,” Johnson said.

Employee found dead in Arby's freezer pounded on door until her hands bled, died with her face frozen to the floor: Report

New details indicate that a manager endured a horrifying death in an Arby's walk-in freezer earlier this month, and her family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the fast-food chain and the franchise owners.

On May 12, TheBlaze reported that an unidentified female employee of an Arby's in New Iberia, Louisiana, was discovered dead in the freezer. Reports now identify the deceased employee as Nguyet Le, a 63-year-old widow and mother of four who had been managing the store on a temporary basis.

The circumstances that reportedly led to Le's untimely death are nothing short of terrifying. On the morning of May 11, Le arrived at the store early to begin food preparation and at some point entered the walk-in freezer, which shut behind her. According to reports, owners had been aware since at least last August that the freezer had a faulty latch. That day, it malfunctioned once again, and Le found herself trapped inside, where temperatures reportedly hovered at or below -10 degrees.

Le began furiously pounding against the door, either to try and get it to budge or to draw the attention of anyone else who might be in the store, causing her hands to bleed. Covered in blood, Le then "collapsed into a fetal position before freezing face-first to the floor," said attorney Paul Skrabanek, who is representing the family.

To make matters even worse, Le's son, Nguyen Le, who is slightly disabled and who also worked at the Arby's, was the one who discovered his mother's lifeless body, though when she was discovered remains unclear. Initial reports claimed that police were contacted around 6:20 p.m. that evening, but the lawsuit indicated that Nguyen found his mother's body shortly after he arrived for his shift at 10 a.m.

Democrats Offer Desperate Defense Of FBI's Stonewalling House GOP Over Alleged Document Detailing Biden Bribery Scheme

Congressional Democrats are dismissive over the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) refusal to hand over a document purporting to detail a $5 million pay-for-play scheme that involved then Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national, according to Breitbart News. A whistleblower previously revealed the existence of this document which was confirmed when neither the Bureau nor the Department of Justice denied the existence of the record. The House of Representatives has been in a prolonged battle with the FBI over the unclassified document that the FBI has failed to turn over.

The Director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, has scheduled a meeting with Representative James Comer (R-KY), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, for this week to discuss the status of the document and the FBI's compliance.

This came after Comer threatened to hold contempt proceedings against the director over the document scandal. Comer also revealed on Twitter that there may be more than one document detailing criminal schemes between Joe Biden and a foreign national. He wrote, "The FBI’s refusal to provide a single, unclassified document is obstructionist. The document allegedly details a criminal scheme involving then-VP Joe Biden and a foreign national. Now, the FBI tells [the GOP-controlled Oversight Committee that] there is MORE than one document."

Democrats seem to be in denial and in cover-up mode for their commander-in-chief's alleged past misdeeds. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), the highest-ranking Democrat on the Oversight Committee, dismissed the whole affair. "It just sounds preposterous to me that you will hold the FBI director in contempt over a tip sheet that they think someone submitted to the FBI…[Comer is] making a mountain out of something that is not even a molehill," said Representative Raskin. Another Democratic member of the House Oversight Committee Gerry Connolly (D-VA) went further and laughably suggested, "[i]t’s part of the assault on the FBI that the Republicans have launched, fueled by Trump’s hatred of the FBI."

Mr. Connolly's denial over problems within the FBI comes after his dismissal of the testimony of three whistleblowers over the Bureau's politicization and retaliation as being motivated by "employment grievances" and that Congress is not the proper venue for hearing such "grievances." He further said that having such "grievances…doesn't make you whistleblowers." He later added that "We're listening to sad tales of certain individuals about their situation and an enumeration of grievances does not constitute whistleblower status."

Newly released documents have indeed shed further light on the extensive network of influential individuals connected to Jeffrey Epstein. The files obtained include personal numbers and email addresses and provide details about his relationships with various high-profile individuals.

The late financier, infamous for his sex trafficking operation, had a network that crossed borders, industries, and even royal families. The documents, procured from Epstein’s estate by the US Virgin Islands government during its investigation, provide an alarming insight into Epstein’s relationships with the world’s elite, even after his sex offender registration.

Among the powerful figures, Epstein had links with British royalty, and several notable Americans according to docs obtained by The Daily Mail.

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, was a frequent name within Epstein’s circles. Epstein reportedly used the Duke’s name in attempts to persuade JP Morgan to let him serve as an intermediary for affluent clients. Records also show efforts to arrange meetings with Sarah Ferguson, suggesting financial discussions between the Duchess of York and Epstein.

However, Epstein’s influence was not confined to the shores of the United Kingdom. The documents indicate connections with several notable American figures. Co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, had multiple encounters with Epstein, who seemed to have intimate knowledge about Gates’ marriage.

The Epstein files show that the pedophile used Andrew’s name while trying to persuade JP Morgan to let him act as an intermediary for wealthy clients.

Epstein was trying to persuade the bank to work with Bill Gates on a $100m fund for elite donors and a crunch meeting was taking place on August 31, 2011.

In the email to JP Morgan boss Jes Staley and senior banker Mary Erdoes, Epstein said that investors were wary of the bank because it was a ‘quasi US govt arm’. Epstein wrote: ‘I am also aware JPM has a colorful array of clients so a client relationship is much less problematic than an institutional joint venture’.

Epstein even played host to a dinner attended by Melinda Gates. Epstein’s attempts to persuade Gates to front a fund for wealthy investors offer a chilling example of his manipulative prowess.

Among the other American notables linked to Epstein are comedian Chris Rock and magician David Blaine. Rock was potentially scheduled for a gathering, while Blaine seems to have enjoyed a more substantial friendship with Epstein than previously known, with multiple dinners mentioned in the records.

Epstein’s influence also pervaded the financial sector, with strong links to prominent banking figures. The documents show that Jes Staley, the ex-JP Morgan chief, had a staggering 31 meetings with Epstein between 2010 and 2015. Meanwhile, Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JP Morgan, was listed in Epstein’s records despite a denial from a JP Morgan spokeswoman.

But Epstein’s reach extended even further into global business circles. Connections with tech billionaire Peter Thiel, an early Facebook investor, and British business magnate Richard Branson were also revealed in the documents, demonstrating Epstein’s far-reaching influence.

Huge Tesla data leak reportedly reveals thousands of safety complaints. 4 things to know

How bad is Tesla Autopilot’s safety problem? According to thousands of alleged Tesla customers in the U.S. and around the world, pretty bad.

A huge data dump based on a whistleblower’s leak of internal Tesla documents shows that problems with Tesla’s automated driving technology may be far more common than media reports and regulators have let on, according to the German newspaper Handelsblatt, which published an article about it Thursday.

The reportedly leaked files add to the troubling anecdotes that have appeared in the media and on social media over the years about Tesla’s Autopilot and the experimental technology it has branded as Full Self-Driving. They spotlight Tesla’s attempts to keep safety complaints secret, and what appears to be a strategy to limit customer communications that might end up in lawsuits.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk did not respond to a request from The Los Angeles Times for comment.

Here are four of the biggest takeaways from the article about the leak.

1. The files include thousands of alleged customers’ complaints and descriptions of crashes.

In an article titled ” ‘My autopilot almost killed me,’ ” Handelsblatt said it received 100 gigabytes of data and 23,000 files including 3,000 entries about customers safety concerns and descriptions of more than 1,000 crashes. The complaints cover Teslas manufactured from 2015 to March 2022, the article said. The files contain more than 2,400 complaints about sudden acceleration and more than 1,500 complaints about braking problems, including unintentional emergency braking and so-called “phantom stops,” where the car suddenly brakes for no apparent reason, according to the article.

Customer phone numbers were included in the files, the article said. Handelsblatt said it contacted dozens of them, who confirmed the complaints were legitimate. A Michigan man reported that his Tesla “suddenly braked hard, as hard as you can imagine. I was pushed into the seat belt and the car almost came to a stop. Then another car hit me from behind.”

Beyond verifying complaints with customers, Handelsblatt showed the files to the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology, which concluded there is no reason to believe “the data set does not come from IT systems belonging to or in the environment of Tesla.”

1. Tesla systematically avoids communicating with customers in writing.

The files, according to Handelsblatt, include “precise guidelines” for communicating with customers. Employees are instructed that unless lawyers are involved, they should not send written versions of their reviews but pass it on “VERBALLY to the customer.”

Capsized 'Tourist Boat' Which Left Four Dead Was Full of Israeli And Italian Secret Agents, Italian Media Reveals

The "tourist boat" full of individuals gathering to celebrate a "birthday" which capsized and killed four out of 23 people onboard in Italy's Lake Maggiore on Sunday was actually a meeting of Israeli and Italian intelligence agents, according to a report in the Italian media.

From Haaretz, "Report: Retired Mossad Agent Killed in Italy Boat Accident Identified as Erez Shimoni":

European media outlets, including Italian newspaper 'La Repubblica,' reported Tuesday that the Israeli killed in a deadly boating accident in northern Italy on Sunday was former Mossad official Erez Shimoni, 54.

The Israeli military censor originally barred media in the country from reporting the name of the fatality, but lifted the embargo at midnight.

According to 'La Repubblica,' the boat carried a total of 23 individuals at the time of the accident, with 19 of them identified as Italian and Israeli intelligence officers, either currently serving or retired. These individuals had gathered to celebrate a birthday party.

The report indicates that Shimoni, a former Mossad agent, was in the company of approximately 10 other Israeli intelligence officers during the event. Following the capsizing of the boat, both the Israeli team and their Italian counterparts swam a short distance to reach the shore, where they were promptly rescued. Three additional individuals died in the incident, including two Italian intelligence officers.

It was also reported that Israeli personnel swiftly departed from Italy the following morning on an Israeli military flight, leaving behind the rental cars they had used during the trip.

That makes it sound like they fled the country, does it not?

"Israel's Foreign Ministry has already said that the deceased Israeli man was a retired member of the security forces, while Italy's security service has admitted that two of the others a 62-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman were employees," the Times of Israel reports.

"[Erez] Shimoni befriended the Italian officers after they were acquainted through their work, according to Hebrew-language media reports," ToI continued. "The fourth person who died, a Russian national, was reportedly the captain's wife."

"The Corriere della Sera daily newspaper reported that the gathering was a working meeting of intelligence agents."

What exactly were the up to on that mystery boat?

I'm reminded of how Ghislaine Maxwell's father, Robert Maxwell (born Ján Ludvík Hyman Binyamin Hoch), aka "Israel's Superspy," died under mysterious circumstances at age 68 after "going overboard from his yacht."

Gordon Thomas and Martin Dillon state in their 2002 book, "Robert Maxwell: Israel's Superspy," that evidence shows the Mossad ordered Robert Maxwell's assassination after he piled up mountains of debt and outlived his usefulness.

Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine later partnered with Jeffrey Epstein on his suspected child-trafficking blackmail operation.
