Well if youre strategizing out a 5+ year plan, you know generally what will be happening in a certain month, along with many other unpredictable stuff. I see from time to time where something does hit the news on a rare 5 year delta. That wouldnt be hard to do if youre the one leaking the stuff for the press to hit on. But I also dont care about figuring out his delta's… if we can figure them out, so can the enemy. the point isnt to figure out the future
