CTBSM (are=R?) V CEG SLC capital letters on twitter message from Trump pic related. Not sure if the misplaced are is trying to tell us to use the letter R or if it’s telling us to use are in the letter formation? I think the last part is either George Soros or Salt Lake City or both? Help?

The word our was intentionally replaced with are which means we should put the letter R in between those letters or the word are is important to the capitalized letter placement. I didn’t use capital letters that were in the correct place.
