i heard non-filers weren't bothered by fbi
their advice was don't take money out of your paycheck for taxes and don't file
something about sending in taxes/forms is like you are agreeing to their 'game' rules
not returning their forms gives them less authority
but w the new irs agents they prolly start going after non-filers who don't take taxes from their wages at work (another signed form)
