Dutchsinse might be a good resource for earthquake watching. He seems to be able to predict them based on his theory that previous volcanic and earthquake activity leads to further activity based on fairly consistent patterns.
He may be able to tell the difference between earthquake activity and other activity from other than an earthquake source.
He also has complained about some reporting agencies seeming to hide (or fail to disclose) some earthquake activity.
