The current old/new Testament used today and all versions/knock offs, to include the King James, originate from the St Thomas Aquinas translation from Latin to English. His version came from the Dead Sea scrolls.
I'm the sauce, I went to the Diocesan meeting (I was there to push my mother's wheel chair) where I noted either the Bible was fiction or Greek Mythology was all based in fact. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to make that connection as a child, oops.
