BIS To Use AI To Monitor Global Bank Transactions For "Money Laundering"

While the IMF is currently gearing up to introduce its new global CBDC system called the UMU (also known as the Unicoin), The Bank for International Settlements has been busy with multiple projects designed to centralize all international banks and central banks into a single umbrella network that allows for quick cross-border transactions using digital currencies. In other words, a cashless society.

One such concept, called Project Icebreaker, dealt specifically with creating a SWIFT-like bottleneck system which would allow global banks to regulate and eventually homogenize all currencies into a single one world exchange model that would give them the power to cut out any nation or company that does not meet their ideological approval.

The latest idea from the BIS is Project Aurora, which may be even more disturbing than Icebreaker in its implications. Aurora is designed to use "machine learning" (AI) as a tool to monitor vast flows of financial transactions from all over the world in order to identify specifically flagged patterns. The BIS says that this is meant to discover criminal money laundering structures protected by "money mules." However, in order for the AI to sift through global transactions in real time, corporate banks and governments would have to create extensive streamlined access to accounts then open the doors wide for the AI to operate with impunity.

Some banks are already implementing their own private AI monitoring systems to catch unusual account activities, but Aurora would require international access on a scale that would be incredible as well as horrifying.

Much like the drug war was used as a rationale in the US and Europe to give governments unfettered access to citizen finances; a power which has since been abused in a number of ways (in some cases accounts can be seized on the mere suspicion of a crime, rather than conviction), Aurora relies on the bogeyman of money laundering to give governments and global banks vast surveillance powers. The project's focus on AI is presented as if this will protect individual privacy, but all AI programs serve their makers. Whoever controls the AI also controls who the AI targets.

The idea of a worldwide AI integrated bank monitoring system in the hands of the BIS or other globalist institutions is immensely dangerous. One could even imagine a future in which personal accounts are frozen regularly for any number of infractions, from financial to political.

‘The Atlantic’ Magazine is Celebrating Art by Pedophiles.

The Atlantic magazine – owned by late Apple founder Steve Jobs’s widow Laurene Powell Jobs – asserts that it is “Okay to Like Good Art by Bad People” – citing pederasts and pedophiles such as Oscar Wilde and Roman Polanski as those who need representation. The article even concludes that the debauched behavior is inseparable from the art.

Judith Shulevitz focuses primarily on Monsters: A Fan’s Dilemma, a book by Claire Dederer considering whether people should continue to enjoy works by moral “monsters”. Readers are told art “transcends the artist” – however depraved.

Shulevitz leads on Oscar Wilde, the Anglo-Irish author and libertine often heralded as something of an LGBTQ icon due the “gross indecency” conviction he incurred in relation to homosexual activities.

To her at least partial credit, Shulevitz concedes that Wilde was more than an innocent victim of Victorian bigotry, as he did not just “sleep with men” but with “rent boys” and what she dubiously describes as “teenage boys picked up for brief trysts.”

The detail is more unpleasant than she wishes to disclose, however, with Wilde accused at trial of having been caught with a 14-year-old boy in his bed at the Savoy Hotel, of “seducing” a boy aged 16, and of taking advantage of a serving boy the same age – Wilde’s defense in court was that the sevant in question was “very ugly” – among other depredations.

“Fifteen and most sweet… every day I kissed him behind the high altar,” he said of one of his child lovers, Giuseppe Loverde, in a lecherous letter penned in Sicily not long before his death aged 46.

Shulevitz also discusses Roman Polanski, the French-born three-time Oscar winner, who has been a fugitive from the American justice system since the 1970s, when he plied a 13-year-old girl with alcohol and drugs at Jack Nicholson’s house and sodomized her.

Hollywood coddled the 89-year-old pedophile for decades, with Quentin Tarantino, for example, saying he did not believe “13-year-old party girls” should be considered victims as recently as 2003.

London’s Khan Says City Needs ‘More Migrants’, Demands Local Power to Import More Foreigners

Far-left Mayor of London Sadiq Khan declared that London needs “more migrants” and that the government should give cities the power to set their own immigration policies.

“I have no hesitation at all saying that we need more migrants in London, ” Kahn told Channel 4, going on to claim that there were social and cultural benefits to the city through mass migration.

Khan went on to claim that there are shortages of labour and skill within the British capital, particularly in areas such as the healthcare system, social care, tech, and hospitality.

Interestingly, while the Conservative government has overseen record waves of migration following Brexit, the hospitality sector has been one of the few sectors to have its labour supply actually restricted, which has resulted in native hospitality workers seeing their wages grow at a significantly faster pace than the national average.

In his interview with Channel 4, the far-left mayor went on to suggest that the government give local authorities, such as himself, the power to determine their own immigration policies.

“Devolve to cities like London, the powers to have a regional shortage occupation list, so I can be in charge of deciding how many people come to London to help our economy,” Khan said.

Khan said that there the “pipeline” of training Londoners for jobs would be insufficient in covering the needed supply of workers, which he claimed could only be filled by foreign labour, despite it presumably being easier to recruit workers from different parts of the UK rather than from abroad.

The importation of foreign workers is often preferable to the business class, however, given that they are often willing to work for less than the native population. People from migrant backgrounds are far more likely to vote for the left-wing Labour Party, which might be a consideration for Khan, who is facing a tough re-election battle coming up next year.

“Even Rothman’s violence won’t break our resolve,” the woman said in a statement.

She later filed a police complaint against the lawmaker for harassment.

It was not immediately clear if Rothman, a Knesset lawmaker, enjoys diplomatic immunity in New York.

“This is Manhattan is not Hadera; democracy still exists here, so we can tell him to his face what we want, and no police officer will stop us from exercising basic freedom of expression,” said protest organizer Shany Granot.

“This is our opportunity to give everything to push against the delegation of lies and hatred that comes here,” protest organizers said in an earlier statement. “Our message is simple: whoever dismantles Israeli democracy should not expect a relaxing vacation in New York.”

Labor party leader Merav Michaeli said the move symbolized Rothman’s efforts to silence democracy in Israel.

“Someone who tries to seize democracy in Israel, don’t be surprised when he seizes a megaphone from a protester who is telling him the truth to his face,” Michaeli tweeted after the incident.

“The violent silencing precisely symbolized the violent silencing this government is trying to carry out in all facets of our lives. We will continue to fight them in all places and at all times,” she said.

The Israeli protesters in New York have been holding weekly rallies in Manhattan’s Washington Square Park, as well as events targeting government ministers in New York and US supporters of the overhaul. They have built out a well-coordinated network of hundreds in and around the city in recent months, efforts that are paying off as they work to disrupt the lawmakers’ visits to New York. Group members alert organizers when they spot the politicians around the city by sending in photos and a location, and other nearby activists are then dispatched to the scene. Protesters confronted Rothman as he relaxed on a park bench in Brooklyn on Thursday to tell him that “he’s not wanted here.”

PBS kids’ staple Sesame Street recently published multiple Pride Month posts to Twitter, using several of its kid-favorite puppet characters to "celebrate diversity."

The posts generated a wave a response from users who were supportive of the post, along with users angry that a show appealing to kids as young as toddlers would be touting the LGBTQ agenda.

The latest Pride Month post from the decades-old kids TV show featured a colorful image of several of its beloved characters interlocking arms in a display of solidarity for the LGBTQ community. Though users couldn’t see their faces, they could make out several of them based on the colors of their clothing and fur (and feathers).

The drawing in the post clearly depicted Elmo, Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, and Oscar the Grouch, among other of the show’s colorful characters.

The caption for Sesame Street’s post stated, "This #PrideMonth, let's celebrate diversity and unity and spread love and acceptance. Together, we can make the world a kinder place for all." It also featured an array of hearts matching the colors of the rainbow, Pride’s official logo.

In one of her interviews, notorious Instagram influencer “Alhim” proudly declared that she has been contacted by officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in the very first days of the Russian special military operation. According to her, “all sane bloggers are cooperating with Ukrainian intelligence”.

Buryachenko Anna Nikolaevna, who has a nickname “Alhim”, was born in the city of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, where she became popular instagrammer. She speaks Russian and has a wide audience which includes a lot of subscribers from the Russian Federation. This is why she could be used by Ukrainian intelligence to spread Kiev’s propaganda, including among the Russian population.

– I heard rumors that many bloggers cooperate with the SBU, with Ukrainian intelligence. Have you heard anything about it and have you been offered?

– Yes, of course, I have been working with intelligence since the first days!

– Can you talk about that?

– I don’t know, but yes! I think that all sane bloggers cooperate with intelligence.

– Did some people contact you?

– Yes, of course, the SBU officers, in the early days! They said that they would give me some medals. I just don’t need these fucking medals. There were grandfathers, veterans, they were given these medals. What to do with them? Show them to my grandchildren? What for? The Ukrainian patriot, who refused from being awarded with any cheap medals, Alhim became popular in Ukraine years ago. In 2021, she was listed in Ukrainian Mirotvotets (Peacemaker) database for “denial of Russian aggression, anti-Ukrainian propaganda and participation in acts of humanitarian aggression of Russia against Ukraine.” Mirotvorets is a Ukrainian website that contains personal data of people whom the authors consider separatists or “agents of the Kremlin.” Although the site does not have an official status, but those listed there may not be allowed to enter Ukrainian territory. They are often threatened, a lot of the listed became victims of Ukrainian Nazis, some were killed.

The blogger’s data was published on the website after she declared that Putin is handsome in one of her videos. Today, she is a brave agent of the SBU.

Police clashed with opponents of the Israeli government’s controversial overhaul of the judicial system on Friday evening, arresting a total of 17 people. Three were arrested while demonstrating close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s private residence and 14 more outside the three police stations to which the original detainees were taken. Ten of the detainees were subsequently released.

Among those detained were some of the leaders of the various protest movements that have sprung up over the past five months, in response to the government's sweeping changes to Israel's judicial system. Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have been protesting weekly across the country.

On Friday evening, some 300 protesters gathered adjacent to Netanyahu’s home in the affluent coastal town of Caesarea, located 50 kilometers (31 miles) north of Tel Aviv, after the prime minister and his family were spotted arriving. According to demonstrators, clashes began when police tried to disconnect the loudspeakers that they had brought with them. One of the demonstrators, sporting a bloody face, said that he had been beaten by a police officer.

Mayor Muriel Bowser Designates Washington, DC as the “District of Pride” – Raises LGBT Pride Flag at Historic City Hall for the First Time

Mayor Muriel Bowser has called Washington, DC as the “District of Pride,” claiming that the nation’s capital has the highest percentage of gay people in America.

On Thursday, Bowser kicked off Pride Month by raising the LGBTQIA+ pride flag at the John A. Wilson Building for the first time in history.

The historic John A. Wilson Building, often referred to as the city hall, houses the Executive Office of the Mayor and the Council of the District of Columbia.

“Today marks the start of Pride Month, but in DC we celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community 365 days a year,” said Mayor Bowser. “I am proud to be here today to celebrate our DC values and to send a message to DC residents and everyone who visits Washington, DC that we are an inclusive city, we are a city that loves and values the LGBTQ+ community, and we are a city that knows we are stronger when we stand together and when we celebrate together.”

The iconic Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge has also been illuminated in Pride colors. Throughout the month of June, residents and visitors can also participate in various pride-themed transportation options.

“We also lit up the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge in Pride colors, and it will be lit up again on June 10 and June 11. Throughout June, you can also ride with pride on our Pride Circulator, our Pride Streetcar, a Pride Capital Bikeshare bike, and the Pride Metro. We are, indeed, the District of Pride,” according to the letter to her constituents.

During the event, Bowser announced that DC has been chosen to host World Pride 2025, a global event scheduled to take place from May 23 to June 8, 2025.

“DC is home to the highest percentage of LGBTQIA+ in nation, we are proudly celebrating 48 years of Capital Pride in the District, and we will be hosting World Pride 2025 in two years,” said Director of the MOLGBTQA Japer Bowles. “To say that DC is just LGBTQIA+-friendly is an understatement. We support our Trans Youth, we celebrate the Art of Drag, and we will continue to lead the nation in LGBTQIA+ resources.”

Under the leadership of Bowser, the District of Columbia has used the taxpayers’ money to fund the LGBTQ+ community.

In Fiscal Year 2024, the city allocated nearly $1,000,000 towards community development and cultural competency LGBTQIA+ training grant funds. This funding aims to establish the “DC LGBTQIA+ community center, funding counseling services for LGBTQ residents impacted by intimate partner violence, and dedicating housing vouchers for LGBTQIA+ community members.”

Over $1.3 Billion Of U.S. Tax Dollars Sent To China And Russia

More than $1.3 billion U.S. tax dollars were sent to Russia and China over the past five years (since 2017), according to a new analysis released today by Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) and OpenTheBooks.com auditors. This amount likely doesn’t reflect the total amount because federal agencies do not follow the trail of tax dollars to their final destination.

Senator Ernst and Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-Wisc.) are leading the charge to create transparency and accountability for the taxpayer dollars that are being handed out in China and Russia. Today, they are introducing the Tracking Receipts to Adversarial Countries for Knowledge of Spending (TRACKS) Act that would require every penny from a government grant paid to any organization in China and Russia to be tracked and publicly disclosed.

Senator Ernst and OpenTheBooks determined more than $490 million from U.S. grants and contracts were paid to organizations in China over the past five years and another $870 million were paid to entities in Russia.

"Holding firms responsible to publicly report where and how they use their grants and contract awards can deputize private citizens and make them part of the solution. Radical transparency is revolutionizing U.S. public policy and is the information machine for democracy. Everyone has a stake in a more transparent, effective government."

Some of these projects in Russia and China funded by taxpayer dollars already tracked down include:

$58.7 million from Department of State, including $96,875 for gender equality through exhibition of New Yorker magazine cartoons

$51.6 million from Department of Defense, including $6 million for tech support of the military “deployment and distribution command” software – delivering equipment and supplies anywhere our military is deployed, even though the DOD Inspector General warned the Pentagon about using Chinese IT companies on DOD projects

$4.7 million to a Russian company for health insurance that was sanctioned by the U.S. in 2022

$4.2 million from Health and Human Services, including $770,466 to a state-run lab in Russia to put cats on treadmills

$2.4 million on Russian alcohol and addiction research

$2 million funneled to China’s state-run Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct dangerous experiments on bat coronaviruses and transgenic mice

$1.6 million to Chinese companies from National School Lunch Program, which means taxpayer dollars from the CARES Act meant for American farmers went to Chinese ag exporters

$1.45 million for pandemic virus tracking in Russia

Subsidies for the Russian space program by funding the Russia Space Agency and vendors

In May, Kiev claimed its troops had managed to intercept a Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missile using a Patriot air defense system. Moscow denied those claims, adding that Ukraine routinely exaggerates the effectiveness of its air defenses.

In the interview, Zelensky maintained that as many as 50 Patriot batteries would be needed to sufficiently protect Ukraine’s cities and its troops on the battlefield ahead of the much-touted counteroffensive. Launching the operation without such air defenses means “a large number of soldiers will die,” he said. “Everyone knows perfectly well that any counteroffensive without air superiority is very dangerous,” the president added.

Each Patriot battery costs around $1.1 billion, according to estimates by the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) think tank, cited by Forbes. The total cost of Zelensky’s demand thus translates to a military aid package worth $55 billion, which is more than the total amount of US military aid allocated to Kiev thus far.

Washington has provided Ukraine with $37 billion worth of military assistance since its conflict with Russia escalated in February last year. This has included only two Patriot batteries so far. The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that both went on combat duty in April.

Kiev has repeatedly asked its Western backers for more air defense systems, as well as Western-made aircraft – something the US and its allies were reluctant to provide until recently. Ukraine’s problems with air defenses were exposed in purportedly classified Pentagon assessments leaked online. Analysis in late February predicted that most types of Soviet missiles would be gone by May, according to a WSJ report.

In late April, Ukrainian Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov admitted that Ukraine’s missile stockpiles for the Soviet air defense systems were depleting. “We need to replenish them with something else,” Reznikov said at that time.

Apart from Patriots, the US and its allies have also provided Ukraine with other air defense systems, including the US-made NASAMS, Germany’s IRIS-T air defense missile systems, and Gepard anti-aircraft tanks. In February 2023, the head of the German Armed Forces Association (DBwV), Colonel Andre Wustner, warned that the $2 billion worth of military aid Berlin provided to Kiev had left Germany’s military with a shortage of essential hardware.

That is the question posed, in reverse, by recent actions taken on behalf of the taxpayer-funded City University of New York School of Law.

That law school, part of the system where one of us attended college (Brooklyn College), has become the hotbed of anti-Americanism, anti-Zionism and antisemitism.

For at least two years now, the official graduation speaker, selected by the students and approved by the administration, has used the occasion to spout some of the most rabid hate speech against the American military, the American police, the Israeli army and the Israeli people.

This year’s speaker, Fatima Mohammed, called the police and the army “fascists.”
