I have always said the truth is simple. Here is a simple truth about January 6:

Law enforcement did not use the intercom system inside the Capitol to tell people were breaking the law and should leave.

They also did not use the loudspeaker system outside the Capitol to tell people not to enter.

The first time those systems were used acc to police was around 6pm when they ordered people to disperse for the first time.

And they did as they were told.

This is confirmed in court records, discovery documents, official testiony & eyewitness accounts etc. It does not appear to be in dispute.

Thomas J. Baker has been highly critical of the culture under director Christopher Wray and the 'abuses' of power by federal law enforcement. In an interview with DailyMail.com, he said in his more than 30 years of law enforcement he has never seen any conduct like what was exposed by prosecutors John Durham's findings. The report released last month found there wasn't enough evidence to investigate Donald Trump's links to Russia before the 2016 election and tore apart the Dirty Dossier Steele Report. Baker also said there is no reason why the FBI can't hand over the document the GOP says details a criminal scheme involving Joe Biden, and criticized the bureau and intelligence community for sweeping Hunter's laptop and its contents under the rug.
