In CA, Feinstein and Boxer, routinely ignored complaints about CPS/DFCS (failing to protect children), who were working in conjunction with Family Courts, who would appoint corrupt Minors Counsels, to pretend to represent the interest of children, who made abuse allegations. Fox snews attempted to air a series of stores, called "Lost in the System", even filmed a segment on Dr. Philbilly, and shortly thereafter, the Producer, Martin Burns, (who believe the victims), turned up dead. No one investigated it. No one shut down the Connections between CPS and Family Court Cohorts and it continued on giving custody to pedophiles. Not just condoned by Congress, financially supported by it.
