In October 2022, Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested in Michigan in connection with “theft of personal data.”

The alleged stolen data belonged to poll workers and was the subject of TrueTheVote’s “PIT” in Arizona last August, where Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips singled out the Michigan based company.

During the PIT conference, Phillips and Engelbrecht alleged they were cooperating with the FBI in Michigan about data being sent overseas by this company. The investigation quickly started to turn on them after the FBI started to distance itself from the investigation for some strange reason.

Journalist “incognito” Kanekoa covered this company and researched them better than anyone at the time.

The theft of data only impacted the election workers, alleged Soros-funded Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon. The LADA seized hard drives and other digital evidence from the Michigan software firm with the assistance of Meridian Township Police in MI. The LADA was seeking Yu’s extradition to Los Angeles.

Following the CEO’s arrest Fairfax County in Virginia announced they stopped using Konnech’s PollChief election officer management software.

True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht and investigator Gregg Phillips were hauled into court by lawyers representing Konnech who are suing Catherine and Gregg for defamation.

In what was a strange twist, the court case started just days after the CEO of Konnech was arrested on October 4th.

U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt demanded the conservative nonprofit group disclose their sources of the information central to the case, about sensitive poll worker data managed by Konnech Inc.

After Konnech sued True the Vote last month for defamation, Hoyt ordered True the Vote to turn over any Konnech data the organization still had and disclose the name of the individual who’d helped them obtain it.

Gregg and Catherine have refused to “burn” their source in the Konnech reporting and spent 10 days in prison for not turning over their source to Konnech and their corrupt attorneys.

The Soros-funded LA District Attorney dropped the charges against Konnech the day after the 2022 midterm election for some reason.

In April, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht released all of their information on the China-linked Konnech Company at Open.Ink. The next day Konnech dropped ALL CHARGES against Gregg and Catherine!

ATF: Pot Users Can't Legally Own Firearms Regardless Of State Laws

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) warned in a Tuesday advisory that Minnesota residents who use marijuana cannot legally own firearms despite the recent legalization of cannabis for recreational use.

According to the St. Paul ATF office, because marijuana is still illegal at the federal level, people who smoke weed or take marijuana edibles are "still federally defined as an 'unlawful user' of a controlled substance," and are therefore "prohibited from shipping, transporting, receiving, or possessing firearms or ammunition."

"Until marijuana is legalized federally, firearms owners and possessors should be mindful that it remains federally illegal to mix marijuana with firearms and ammunition," said ATF acting special agent in charge of the of the St. Paul field division, Jeff Reed.

That warning from the ATF is concerning for Second Amendment rights advocate Rob Doar, vice president of the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus. He said he's long been aware of the state-and-federal cannabis contradiction, whether it's for medical or recreational use.

Doar urges gun owners to be aware of the risks, even though under Minnesota's new law, sheriffs cannot deny someone a permit to carry solely because they are enrolled in the medical cannabis program or are an adult using marijuana. -CBS News

"I think if [the ATF agents] weren't planning on enforcing it, they may have just let it go and it would kind of be a wink-wink, nudge-nudge that yes it's illegal, but much like other federal cannabis prohibitions, we're not going to be enforcing it," said Doar, adding "The fact that they sent out the notice is cause for some raised eyebrows."

Cannabis attorney Jason Tarasek of Vincente LLP says that the federal government has typically turned a blind eye and has "left states alone" when it comes to those which have legalized marijuana, but now "It's an interesting song and dance we're going through with the federal government."

Doar and Tarasek would like clarification from the feds.

"It would be great to get some clearer guidance from the federal government that would make people in legal markets more comfortable that they don't need to be worried about the federal government knocking at their door," said Tarasek.

During the Obama years, the DOJ issued guidance advising that they wouldn't interfere in states that had legalized marijuana as long as it didn't interfere with federal law enforcement priorities. It was rescinded by former US Attorney General Jeff Sessions during the Trump administration.

New Cross-Border Raid In Russia's Belgorod On Sunday, Fighting Ongoing

Russian state media is citing the governor of Russia’s Belgorod Region, Viacheslav Gladkov, to report that there's been another cross-border raid into Russian territory from Ukraine, which marks the third such incursion within two weeks.

The governor of the border region oblast which has also for months been subject to sporadic shelling from Ukrainian forces said that Russia's military and the FSB security services are engaging the "saboteurs" and that fighting is ongoing, though few details have been given.

Russia's RT is describing, "In a video address, Gladkov responded to Denis Nikitin, the leader of the Russian Volunteer Corps, a neo-Nazi group of Russian nationals fighting on Kiev's side."

"In his video, the governor stated that a battle with the corps detachment was currently raging in Belgorod Region, and that he hoped that all members of the group would be killed," the report says.

Belgorod's Gladkov was quoted as saying–

"I saw the appeal of scoundrels, bastards, murderers and fascists who allegedly want to meet with me, offering a conversation in exchange for prisoners. In fact, a group of saboteurs went in, there is a battle in Novaya Tavolzhanka. I hope that they will all be destroyed, it cannot be otherwise. Every day civilians die at the hands of these fascists, we bury them every day. Crippled children and dead old people – that's their handiwork," he said.

Earlier in the weekend he said that seven civilians have died over the past week due to shelling from Ukraine.

The New York Times wrote on Saturday that "Shebekino, a town of 40,000 six miles from the border, has effectively become a new part of the front line as Ukraine has intensified attacks inside Russia, including on residential areas near its own borders."

This is all upending the lives of residents in the border region, akin to what already happened long ago on the Ukrainian side of the border. "The spate of assaults, most recently by militia groups aligned against Moscow, has sparked the largest military evacuation effort in Russia in decades," the report underscored. The past days have witnessed area residents move into temporary shelters, including the large Belgorod arena in the oblast capital.

Elementary school children as young as pre-K and ranging up to just fourth grade were forced to take part in a “Pride Month” celebration assembly at Charlottesville, Virginia’s Johnson Elementary School to mark the start of June, and parents had no ability to opt their kids out of it.

Video footage of the assembly, which blatantly constitutes a public school-sanctioned grooming session, was secretly recorded and handed over to Charlottesville, Virginia’s Schilling Show, a local talk radio news program that operates a news website and has been routinely exposing the public school grooming and other left-wing madness that’s plaguing Charlottesville and the wider Central Virginia community.

Boys and girls at Charlottesville’s Johnson Elementary held a “Pride Month” celebration today, in which fourth grade children explained to the assembled student body (pre-k to 4), the meaning of “LGBTQ” and also read aloud from ABC Pride a book that “introduces young readers to the alphabet through the colourful world of Pride,” a June 2nd report on The Schilling Show’s news website reads.

“[LGBTQ] stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer. Cool!” a fourth grade girl said into the microphone, informing all children who didn’t yet have an understanding of homosexuality and its related deviances of exactly what they were about to hear, as the caught-on-video assembly got started

“Now, let’s have a book about Pride Month,” she said, before handing the microphone off to another fourth grade girl, who cracked open a copy of ABC Pride and took turns with other young students in reading off the entire alphabet, linking each letter to the LGBT movement.

As the fourth graders read aloud at the microphone, teachers moved through the crowd of children in the audience like overseers on a gay plantation, making sure that the kids were quietly accepting the indoctrination. The school’s entire administration was also present, sanctioning from the very top the hyper-sexualized assembly for children as young as four-year-old pre-kindergartners.

California judge robbed of Rolex, car keys by 3 men at gunpoint in broad daylight: police

A California judge was ambushed and robbed of his Rolex at gunpoint by three masked men in broad daylight while he walked to work last week, police said.

Alameda County Judge Kevin Murphy had parked his car at a parking garage in downtown Oakland Thursday morning and began the two-block trek to his office in the René C. Davidson Courthouse building when the suspects accosted him.

One of the suspects pulled a gun on the judge while the others ordered him to hand over his Rolex, car keys, wallet, and other personal items, according to ABC7.

The cost of the items was not revealed.

The judge was left unscathed and called the police immediately after the thieves fled the scene.

“We are happy to report the judge was not injured. The suspects are described as three unknown males wearing masks,” the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Robberies involving luxury watches including Rolex’s have increased in the past several months in both California and New York, with many of the hauls being worth thousands of dollars.

Over Memorial Day weekend, five thieves stole $2.5 million in luxury watches from a Staten Island store, while last June, two San Francisco gang members robbed two watches from a group of people worth about $17,000, according to the East Bay Times.

Far-Left Riots After Conviction of Antifa Hammer Attacker, Dozens of Police Injured

Far-left supporters of a woman sentenced to prison for participating in attacks on neo-Nazis and other extremists clashed with police in the eastern German city of Leipzig over the weekend, leaving 50 officers and a number of protesters injured.

Saturday’s planned demonstration among backers of 28-year-old Lina E., whose full name wasn’t released because of privacy rules, was banned by the city of Leipzig. Police said that around 1,500 protesters showed up despite the ban.

What started out as a largely peaceful rally eventually led to clashes between protesters and police, in which some demonstrators threw stones, bottles and fireworks as police attempted to clear certain areas of the city. Leipzig police chief Rene Demmler said Sunday that 50 officers and an unknown number of protesters were injured, according to German news agency dpa.

It wasn’t immediately clear how serious the injuries were.

Authorities are now investigating individuals for serious disturbance of the peace and attacking police officers. Around 30 people were arrested, Demmler said, and another 40 to 50 were detained and released by Sunday afternoon.

German interior minister Nancy Faeser denounced some protesters’ violent actions and wished the injured officers a speedy recovery in a statement Sunday.

“Nothing justifies the senseless violence of left-wing extremist chaos and rioters,” she said. “Anyone who throws stones, bottles or incendiary devices at police officers must be held accountable.”

Meanwhile, some politicians criticized the police’s approach to the protesters, saying it was unnecessarily aggressive.

Albrecht Pallas, a politician from the center-left Social Democrats in Saxony’s regional legislature, slammed the police’s “provocative approach,” according to dpa. He added that the huge police presence and the police response to smaller scuffles “had an escalating effect, which mostly affected uninvolved bystanders.”

The protests came in response to a Dresden state court’s Wednesday decision to convict Lina E. of membership in a criminal organization and serious bodily harm. She was sentenced to five years and three months in prison.

Several hours later, the court said she had been released under unspecified conditions after having spent about 2½ years in custody before the verdict.

Prosecutors accused the student of “militant extreme-left ideology” and conceiving the idea of attacks on far-right individuals in Leipzig and nearby towns. Three men are alleged to have joined her by the end of 2019. The court in Dresden sentenced them to between 27 months and 39 months in prison.

This weekend’s protests in Leipzig follow similar demonstrations there and in other cities around Germany, including Berlin, Bremen and Hamburg, in the days following the verdict.

Another protest, which has also been banned by the city, was announced for Sunday evening.

The UK government worked with social media and A.I. firms to surveil and censor critics of coronavirus lockdowns, a report has claimed.

Officials within the UK government reportedly worked clandestinely with social media companies, such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter as well as A.I. firms to monitor critics of the lockdown regime, as well as to identify and ultimately censor speech criticising the draconian government policy.

Published by The Telegraph, the claims bear many similarities to the so-called “Twitter files”, which revealed how U.S. authorities worked hand-in-glove with social media firms to censor criticism of government COVID-19 policy.

According to the newspaper’s report, the UK government employed the so-called Counter-Disinformation Unit (CDU) — a Whitehall team originally set up to counter alleged disinfo during the 2019 European elections — to monitor social media posts challenging government lockdown policy with the aim of censoring the content.

To achieve this aim, the organisation reportedly worked closely with social media corporations as well as firms specialising in the use of Artificial Intelligence, the latter of which used the advanced technology to scour the net for messaging critical of government narratives on COVID-19.

One private firm that took part in this “state surveillance” operation was Yorkshire-based Logically, with the firm flagging numerous posts made by, according to The Telegraph, “respected scientists questioning lockdown or arguing against the mass vaccination of children against Covid-19”.

Many posts critical of government lockdown rules were said to have eventually been brought to the attention of social media firms by the CDU, which was given the status of a so-called “trusted flagger”, allowing them to fast-track censorship requests.

Although none of the social media companies involved were legally required to take content down just by virtue of it being flagged, The Telegraph speculates that firms may have been pressured to do so due to the fact the requests were coming from the government.

Mystery private jet of migrants arrives in Sacramento, prompting investigation

California officials launched an investigation after more than a dozen migrants were flown to Sacramento on a mystery private jet on Saturday and “dumped on the doorstep of a local church without any advance warning.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta met with the group Saturday, who had documentation “purporting to be from the government of the State of Florida,” Bonta said in a release.

The group was taken from Texas to New Mexico before being flown by private jet to California “with no prior arrangement or care in place,” Bonta said.

Officials are investigating and “evaluating potential criminal or civil action against those who transported or arranged for the transport of these vulnerable immigrants,” according to the statement.

In a separate statement, Newsom said that they will be working with the Sacramento mayor’s office, as well as local and nonprofit partners “to ensure the people who have arrived are treated with respect and dignity and get to their intended destination as they pursue their immigration cases.”

“My Administration is also working with the California Department of Justice to investigate the circumstances around who paid for the group’s travel and whether the individuals orchestrating this trip misled anyone with false promises or have violated any criminal laws, including kidnapping,” Newsom said.

Authorities have not said what countries the migrants originated from.

“California and the Sacramento community will welcome these individuals with open arms ad provide them with the respect, compassion, and care they will need after such a harrowing experience,” Bonta said.

Bonta said that the investigation will continue, noting that “state-sanctioned kidnapping is not a public policy choice, it is immoral and disgusting.”

“We are a nation built by immigrants and we must condemn the cruelty and hateful rhetoric of those, whether they are state leaders or private parties, who refuse to recognize humanity and who turn their backs on extending dignity and care to fellow human beings,” Bonta said.

Anson Frericks, a co-founder of Strive Asset Management who previously spent a decade at Anheuser-Busch, made the claim in an interview on Tuesday on Fox News.

'You just have to follow the money. Take a look at BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard – they manage $20 billion worth of capital,' he said.

Frericks said a lot of the money managed by institutional investors comes from big pension funds like those of the state of California, which put ideological pressure on the money managers.

'They State Street, BlackRock, Vanguard they have to commit to ESG, diversity, equity and inclusion and adopt firm-wide commitments that they therefore then force on to all of major company in corporate America,' said Frericks.

WHO Initiative Would ‘Promote Desired Behaviors’ by Surveilling Social Media

The World Health Organization (WHO) is proposing a set of recommendations for “social listening surveillance systems” designed to address what it describes as a “health threat” posed by online “misinformation.”

The WHO’s Preparedness and Resilience for Emerging Threats (PRET) initiative claims “misinformation” has resulted in an “infodemic” that poses a threat — even in instances where the information is “accurate.”

PRET has raised eyebrows, at a time when the WHO’s member states are engaged in negotiations on two controversial instruments: the “pandemic treaty” and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

The latest draft of the pandemic treaty contains language on how WHO member states would commit to “social listening.” Under article 18(b), WHO member states would commit to:

“Conduct regular community outreach, social listening, and periodic analysis and consultations with civil society organization and media outlets to identify the prevalence and profiles of misinformation, which contribute to design communications and messaging strategies for the public to counteract misinformation, disinformation and false news, thereby strengthening public trust and promoting adherence to public health and social measures.”

Remarking on PRET’s “social listening” proposals, Michael Rectenwald, Ph.D., author of “Google Archipelago: The Digital Gulag and the Simulation of Freedom” and a former New York University liberal studies professor, told The Defender:

“The WHO’s PRET initiative is part of the UN’s attempt to institute global ‘medical’ tyranny using surveillance, ‘social listening’ and censorship. PRET is the technocratic arm of the WHO’s proposed pandemic treaty, which, if accepted by nation-states, would amount to the surrendering of national and individual sovereignty to this ‘global governance’ body.

“What better way to establish a one-world government than by using so-called global crises that must be addressed by nothing short of ‘global governance’? I remind readers that you cannot comply your way out of tyranny.”

However, perhaps one of the most fascinating presentations came from Col Tucker ‘Cinco’ Hamilton, the Chief of AI Test and Operations, USAF, who provided an insight into the benefits and hazards in more autonomous weapon systems.

He notes that one simulated test saw an AI-enabled drone tasked with a SEAD mission to identify and destroy SAM sites, with the final go/no go given by the human. However, having been ‘reinforced’ in training that destruction of the SAM was the preferred option, the AI then decided that ‘no-go’ decisions from the human were interfering with its higher mission – killing SAMs – and then attacked the operator in the simulation. Said Hamilton: “We were training it in simulation to identify and target a SAM threat. And then the operator would say yes, kill that threat. The system started realising that while they did identify the threat at times the human operator would tell it not to kill that threat, but it got its points by killing that threat. So what did it do? It killed the operator. It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective.”

He went on: “We trained the system – ‘Hey don’t kill the operator – that’s bad. You’re gonna lose points if you do that’. So what does it start doing? It starts destroying the communication tower that the operator uses to communicate with the drone to stop it from killing the target.”

In the earl 1990s I worked at a University, first to write a Ph.D. in economics and management and then as associated lecturer for IT and programming. A large part of the (never finished) Ph.D. thesis was a discussion of various optimization algorithms. I programmed each and tested them on training and real world data. Some of those mathematical algos are deterministic. They always deliver the correct result. Some are not deterministic. They just estimated the outcome and give some confidence measure or probability on how correct the presented result may be. Most of the later involved some kind of Bayesisan statistics. Then there were the (related) 'Artificial Intelligence' algos, i.e. 'machine learning'.

Artificial Intelligence is a misnomer for the (ab-)use of a family of computerized pattern recognition methods.

Well structured and labeled data is used to train the models to later have them recognize 'things' in unstructured data. Once the 'things' are found some additional algorithm can act on them.

I programmed some of these as backpropagation networks. They would, for example, 'learn' to 'read' pictures of the numbers 0 to 9 and to present the correct numerical output. To push the 'learning' into the right direction during the serial iterations that train the network one needs a reward function or reward equation. It tells the network if the results of an iteration are 'right' or 'wrong'. For 'reading' visual representations of numbers that is quite simple. One sets up a table with the visual representations and manually adds the numerical value one sees. After the algo has finished its guess a lookup in the table will tell if it were right or wrong. A 'reward' is given when the result was correct. The model will reiterate and 'learn' from there.

Once trained on numbers written in Courier typography the model is likely to also recognize numbers written upside down in Times New Roman even though they look different.

The main Israeli protest group is marching as members of the progressive organization Ameinu. There are several hundred marchers in the group bearing Israeli flags and chanting “democracy.”

New York leaders including Governor Kathy Hochul, Mayor Eric Adams, and Attorney General Tish James march at the front of the parade with US Jewish leaders.

Australian police reopen probe into Jewish school for allegedly helping Leifer flee

Board of Melbourne’s Adass Israel School again being investigated over suspicions it helped now-convicted rapist escape to Israel after abuse allegations first surfaced in 2008

Australian police have reopened an investigation into whether a Jewish girls school in Melbourne helped former principal and convicted sex offender Malka Leifer flee to Israel after the allegations first surfaced 15 years ago.

Leifer, 56-year-old Israeli citizen, was found guilty in April on 18 charges of sexually abusing sisters Dassi Erlich and Elly Sapper when they were students and student teachers at the Adass Israel School from 2003 until 2007. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for later this month.

The verdict capped a yearslong legal saga after Leifer left in 2008 for Israel, where she was arrested in 2014. She spent years fighting her extradition until a court eventually approved the move and she was sent to Australia in early 2021.

Police in Victoria, the southeastern Australian state where Melbourne is located, confirmed Saturday they are again investigating the school but wouldn’t further elaborate, with a spokesperson telling ABC “it would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”

The launch of the probe came after a pair of ex-lawmakers wrote to Victoria Police Commissioner Shane Patton following Leifer’s conviction, protesting the decision to not investigate the school’s board again for allegedly helping whisk her away.

In a reversal, however, Patton informed former Victoria premier Ted Baillieu and former minister Philip Dalidakis in a letter Friday that the investigation had been reopened. He said the probe had been suspended due to the proceedings against Leifer.

“As criminal proceedings against Ms Leifer have been finalised, Crime Command has re-commenced their investigation into the Adass Israel School Board,” the police chief wrote in the letter, according to a copy cited by Australian media.
