SICK! Radical Democrat Katie Hobbs Allows Pornography to be Filmed in Arizona’s K-12 Public School Classrooms

Katie Hobbs vetoed a new law making it illegal to film or facilitate sexually explicit acts in government buildings and classrooms months after a teacher in Arizona was fired for shooting a porno in her classroom and posting it to OnlyFans.

“No 12-year-old child should ever have to worry that their middle school desk was the location of a porn shoot, yet because of Hobbs’ actions, this is precisely the case,” said Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman.

SB1696 passed through the House and Senate with Republican support. Radical left Democrats predictably voted against this measure.

Last November, a teacher was caught filming porn in her 8th-grade classroom and sharing it on OnlyFans and social media.

AZ Family reports,

LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) — A teacher at Thunderbolt Middle School is reportedly caught in a scandal — one that’s horrifying both parents and students.

“That was my friend’s daughter’s desk. And she is mortified over the situation like, ‘that is my desk.’ She has no care knowing students have seen her everything and on students’ desks,” said Thunderbolt mom, Kristina Minor.

The teacher has an online account where students found her pornographic content, which appears to be filmed in her 8th-grade classroom. “She was sharing these links to her sex site on her social media accounts, which are public, which children follow her,” said Minor.

The sick teacher reportedly used a photo from the school yearbook on her OnlyFans page.

Lake Havasu Unified School District said in a statement, “It has come to our attention that students have been airdropping explicit material. The images did not happen during the school day and the person depicted no longer works for LHUSD. Please remove all images from your child’s phone and talk with them about the appropriate use of technology.”

No criminal charges were filed against the individuals involved in making the sex tape, leaving parents disgusted and outraged.

Hobbs vetoed the bill banning porn shoots in classrooms and government buildings, calling it a “poor measure to address those concerns.” She also claimed, “it serves as little more than a thinly veiled effort to ban books.”

State Senator Jake Hoffman released the following statement, calling Hobbs’ actions “absolutely sickening.”

Democrat Texas Sheriff Recommends Criminal Charges After Completing Investigation Into DeSantis’ Migrant Flights to Martha’s Vineyard

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar in September opened a criminal investigation into Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ operation sending illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard.

More than 5 million illegals have poured over the border since Joe Biden was sworn into office.

The Biden Regime has been flying and busing illegals all over the US in the dead of the night during a pandemic.

More than 50 illegals were found dead in a trailer in San Antonio because of Joe Biden’s open border policies, but the real crime is DeSantis sending a few dozen aliens to a sanctuary city that proudly declared they welcome all migrants.

When DeSantis flies 50 illegals to a liberal haven, all hell breaks loose and it’s a criminal matter.

Salazar said the illegals were ‘lured’ to Martha’s Vineyard ‘under false pretenses,’ and recommended criminal charges to the Bexar County District Attorney.

Salazar is a radical Democrat.

Sheriff Salazar recommended felony and misdemeanor charges of unlawful restraint over the migrant flights to Martha’s Vineyard, according to the Miami Herald.

“The case filed includes both felony and misdemeanor charges of Unlawful Restraint,” according to the Sheriff’s statement to the Miami Herald. “At this time, the case is being reviewed by the DA’s office. Once an update is available, it will be provided to the public.”

The Bexar District Attorney will decide whether to bring charges.

J6 Unmasked: Security footage confirms Senate door opened, allowing 300 to enter Capitol freely

Capitol Police officers eventually made their way to the Upper West Terrace doors but didn't block the entrance as more rioters flowed into the building

A door on the West side of the U.S. Capitol was left open and mostly unguarded for key moments during the Jan. 6 riot, allowing more than 300 people to enter the building unimpeded even as officers fought valiantly to keep protesters out of other sections of the official home of Congress, according to police security footage obtained by Just the News.

The footage which confirms concerns first raised by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., two years ago shows an episode in a narrow hallway in the middle of the Capitol that began around 2:30p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021 right after the first breaches were reported elsewhere in the landmark building.

Capitol Police officers usher a few intruders already inside the building through the non-public Upper West Terrace hallway and toward a fire evacuation door, which is clearly marked by a sign declaring it was an emergency exit, the footage shows.

"Emergency exit only," the sign reads, instructing evacuees to "push until alarm sounds" and the "doors will unlock in 10 seconds." After one person exits, the doors appear to open from inside as 309 individuals pass through it over a period of less than 20 minutes from the outside.

Capitol Police officers, who didn't have riot gear or helmets, eventually made their way to the unlocked Upper West Terrace doors but did not block the entrance and more rioters continued to flow into the building, according to the footage reviewed by Just the News and released for publication by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and the GOP-led House Administration Committee.

Video footage of other locations of the Capitol that day show officers attempting to physically block entrances to stop rioters from coming into the building, with rioters at some times striking the officers or spraying them with pepper spray.

The Capitol Police press office did not respond to requests from Just the News seeking comment. Its official after-action report barely mentions the episode, simply noting that at 2:34 p.m. the "Upper West Terrace is breached."

The Upper West Terrace is located between the House and Senate sides of the building and has been a major focus of many trespassing prosecutions by the U.S. Justice Department.

Lululemon CEO stands by firing employees who reported robbery, says there is 'zero-tolerance' for employees 'engaging during a theft'

Policy prohibits employees from interfering with robberies for their own safety.

CEO of Lululemon Calvin McDonald said on Friday that he stands by the company's decision to fire the two Georgia employees that called police on masked robbers last month, stating that their actions went against official company policy, New York Post reports.

"We have a zero-tolerance policy that we train our educators [employees] on around engaging during a theft," McDonald told CNBC on Friday.

The policy claims to prohibit employees from interfering with robberies for their own safety. The employees are ordered to scan a QR code after the theft and essentially brush it under the rug, according to Lululemon's employee handbook.

McDonald told the network that the two employees were not fired because they called the police, but rather for going against the company's "zero-tolerance" policy which is in place "because we put the safety of our team, of our guest, front and center."

At the end of the day, "it's only merchandise," McDonald said.

"They're trained to step back, let the theft occur, know that there’s technology and there's cameras and we're working with law enforcement," he explained.

However, the viral video shows that the two former employees had engaged the thieves which resulted in their firing, the CEO said.

“We take that policy seriously because we have had instances — and we have seen with other retailers, instances — where employees step in and are hurt, or worse, killed. And the policy is to protect them. But we have to stand behind the policy to enforce it," McDonald said.

Acting ICE leader to vacate post, second Biden immigration leader to leave in June

Tae Johnson has served as acting director for roughly 2.5 years.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement acting leader Tae Johnson will leave his position at the end of June, marking the second high-profile exit by an immigration official in recent weeks as the Biden administration struggles to combat a surge in illegal migration at the southern border.

The agency confirmed Johnson's upcoming departure in a Monday statement, saying "[a]fter more than 30 years of dedicated service to our nation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director Tae D. Johnson will retire from federal law enforcement at the end of the month," according to the Washington Examiner.

Johnson has served as acting director for roughly 2.5 years and the agency has not had an officially confirmed leader in roughly five. Johnson was the ninth consecutive acting director in that period. His successor remains unnamed.

The agency has faced considerable scrutiny in recent years, including calls for its outright abolition.

In late May, U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz announced that he also planned to retire at the end of June.

"I leave at ease, knowing we have a tremendous uniformed and professional workforce, strong relationships with our union partners, and outstanding leaders who will continue to tirelessly advocate for you each day," he said at the time.

The twin exits come amid mounting frustrations among the border enforcement rank-and-file over the administration's approach to immigration.

More than five million migrants have been encountered illegally entering the U.S. under Biden's tenure, many of whom have secured release into the U.S. interior instead of being deported. The Biden administration last month ended the Title 42 order that permitted border agents to swiftly deport migrants should they hail from countries known to host communicable disease.

In the week leading up to the order's expiration, authorities encountered record daily migrant numbers on the Mexican frontier.
