During his visit to Tajikistan on Monday, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russia is leading a global movement against US domination.

Lavrov explained that Russia's diplomatic corps is increasing its global engagement after a period of disorder that followed the collapse of the Soviet Union.

He pointed out that over the past few years, Russia has been re-establishing its presence in Africa and Latin America, with a firm determination not to comply with the regulations imposed by the United States; further emphasizing that the role of the United States is slowly but surely diminishing, and more and more nations are becoming disillusioned with it.

A reporter asks John Kirby:

“Does it seem plausible to you that the Russian Federation destroyed the dam, flooding places where Russians live and also cutting off the water supply to Crimea? ….It seems about as logical as blowing up one’s own pipeline, doesn’t it?”
