Is DOJ splitting hairs? Planning to indict for "gathering" documents in DC because of jurisdictional issues requiring the case to be handled in FL, then all other charges FL?

 

Didn't GSA pack all his things up and ship to FL? That would mean DJT didn't do anything in DC. He would have taken possession in FL

According to Julie Kelly, this Grand Jury in DC is a bait and switch move. Jac Smith will lay out evidence in DC then "read in" important topics to a FL grand Jury to acquire an indictment in FL.
