Today's broadcast is here to teach those who would like to report on any of the tribunals/commissions in GTMO. I will walk you through the process and provide links to the paperwork, as well as advise how to avoid certain pitfalls. I am not in anyway associated with the DOD or OMC… but just a simple, deplorable citizen who has already navigated these turbulent waters.
