Last Thursday, in the DC District swamp, the jury for the Jan. 6 trial in the case of USA v K. Joseph Thomas produced a stunning verdict, bringing the government’s narrative to its knees.

The testimony of crooked prosecution witness MPD Police Officer Campanale was shattered by the defense team as his accusations against the defendant proved with the government’s own evidentiary video that he accused Thomas of crimes he committed himself. Campanale and other officers of the MPD had cut the tarps on the bleachers before any protestors were under the bleachers. The government has blamed protesters for this damage, even though there is exculpatory evidence they have possession of Metro Police Officers cutting the tarp down with knives themselves.

Defense attorney, Roger Roots stated:

“Certainly those major cuts on the top of the tarp were done by members of the Metro Police Department, including Campanale. In fact, even in the Proud Boy trial, I sat there as the government presented evidence of all this damage, including the torn tarp as part of the damage that they let the jury believe had been done by either the Proud Boys or supporters of the Proud Boys.”

Before jury selection began on May 15, Judge Dabney Friedrich specified the trial should be wrapped up by that week’s end, but her demeanor changed during the nearly three weeks of grueling jury selection, enlightening testimony and cross examination of police officers, followed by lingering deliberations.

Russia seeks to replace ‘Nazi regime’ in Ukraine – security chief

The country must be made neutral, Nikolay Patrushev believes.

There is no war between the peoples of Russia and Ukraine, claimed Russian Security Council chief Nikolay Patrushev, stating that the only “outright aggression” is coming from the US, which is using Ukraine as a tool to wage an undeclared war against Russia.

During a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Volfovich, on Wednesday, Patrushev insisted that “Kiev's Nazi regime,” which was invented by Washington and London, “must be replaced.” He also said Ukraine must be made into a neutral state, noting that the ongoing crisis in the country is not beneficial to anyone except Washington.

The security official declared that the US had already “brought the whole of Europe to its knees,” seeking only to maximize benefits for the American economy by weakening the EU, which could have become one of the centers of a multipolar world.

He also noted that the US does not want Russia to be powerful and seeks to either dismember it or liquidate it “in order to have complete reign over the Eurasian territory and pump out resources.” To solve this problem, Patrushev stated that Washington and London have been using the capabilities of NATO and the EU, Ukrainian neo-Nazis and NGOs, and the government in Kiev, which they control.

The official added that similar plans were held by the West for Belarus, especially after they unsuccessfully tried to carry out a color revolution in the country in 2020 and failed to install their own puppet government in Minsk via a coup d’etat.

Prince Harry has become the first British royal in more than 130 years to take the witness stand in court, testifying in a case in which he claims UK publisher Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN) invaded his privacy to report dozens of damaging stories based on illegally obtained information.

The Duke of Sussex testified in London’s High Court on Tuesday and Wednesday, alleging that MGN’s Daily Mirror newspaper and other publications used voicemail interception and other unlawful information-gathering tactics to uncover private information between 1991 and 2011. However, he provided no concrete evidence of hacking, and while MGN has previously admitted to using such tactics in some stories, the publisher denied doing so in Harry’s case.

Harry pointed to a 2007 article about his strained relationship with then-girlfriend Chelsy Davy to suggest that his voicemails must have been hacked. “Everything that is attributed to a palace source I believe is obtained unlawfully because I never spoke to anyone about my relationship with my girlfriend.” The media’s aggressive tactics also led to Davy’s decision to end the relationship, he claimed, “which was incredibly upsetting for me at the time.”

The younger son of King Charles III also alleged that MGN’s hacking damaged his relationship with his brother, Prince William. One of the 33 articles in question concerned a 2003 dispute between the brothers over whether to meet with their late mother’s former butler, Paul Burrell, who had allegedly been selling secrets about Princess Diana to the press. “This sort of article seeds distrust between brothers,” Harry testified.
