So Pence is saying he will not even pardon the innocent (anyone that participated in J6) unknowingly being triggered or trapped. He doesn’t allow room if they are proven innocent by circumstance.
I know its word salad he’s using, but he has to know most Trump supporters would disagree with his statement. Issuing this statement either makes him a tyrant or a liar.
