Thank you so much for these links, Anon. I saved them. I posted about my change in eating, to intermittent fasting, because I recall seeing other anons post on here about how helpful it is.
To the other anons who may wonder if this is [THEIR] way of tricking us into eating less (having less) and being happy about it, I do not believe so. This is because the low-carb intermitting fasting routines that I am following, being promoted by YouTubers like Dr. Pradip Jamnada (a Medical Doctor) Dr. Sten Ekberg (a chiropractor), and Dr. Mindy Pelz (another chiropractor) recommend that we avoid all the high-carb and toxin-filled processed foods that [THEY] have been cramming down our throats for the last few decades.
Do I believe that all three doctors I follow (Jamnada [M.D.], Ekberg [D.C.], and Pelz [D.C.]) are patriots, like you and me? Heck no.
But I do believe they're on to something, and my own experience has shown me that their advice is paying off, I feel a lot better, and I am already reducing my chances of dying of things like diabetes, high blood pressure, and other insulin-resistance-related ailments that can be avoided with a better diet.
So I definitely think there will be a lot benefits to intermittent fasting. I feel a lot better and I'm planning to live longer, just so I can stick around longer and keep fucking with our evil enemies from my position of strength.
