California Governor Gavin Newsom joined Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the California Science Center to talk climate change.

 

Trudeau is in town for the Summit of the Americas, an international conference for leaders of the western hemisphere.

 

California and Canada signed a memorandum of cooperation to work together to combat climate change. They will share information to help achieve shared goals.

 

I had a chance to speak with them both for "The Issue Is: with Elex Michaelson," California's statewide political show.
