Construction Data Fag checking in here. I see alot of BP's for restaurants like this so I tried to highlight what I found to be spoopy about these details.
1.) There definitely could be a hidden crawlspace. Most BP's would show the end of the columns either going into a concrete footing or something of that nature. These show continuation (highlighted in pic)
2.) If the kitchen is in the back, then it is very odd that there is no wall penetrations for ventilation either going through the attic or wall. Code usually requires welded stainless grease duct for kitchen exhaust equipment. Idk what the requirement on spirit kitchens are but you get the point.

Attic detail is off. There should be some type of equipment up there. Just seems very minimal.
Thats all I got. Whether I'm wrong or off the mark, these are some very odd BP's for a restaurant in general.
