Attorneys Jim Trusty and John Rowley stepped down on Friday after Trump was indicted by a Florida grand jury on at least 7 counts.

Trump said he will be represented by Todd Blanche in the Florida case.

The capabilities in this announcement include:

HAWK air defense systems and missiles;

105mm and 203mm artillery rounds;

Puma Unmanned Aerial Systems;

Laser-guided rocket system munitions;

Support for training, maintenance, and sustainment activities.

According to DOD, Since the start of the Biden regime, the United States has committed over $40 billion of taxpayer’s money in security aid to Ukraine. Of this total, over $39 billion has been allocated since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.

On Thursday, President Biden and the British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, vowed to support Ukraine’s battle against Moscow “as long as it takes.”

'Zuckerberg Must Explain': EU Demands Answers On 'Instagram Pedophile Network'

The European Union's senior commissioner on internal markets has demanded answers from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg over a report in the Wall Street Journal about Instagram's facilitation of child pornography networks.

Thierry Breton, the EU's Internal Market Commissioner, said in a Thursday tweet that "#Meta’s voluntary code on child protection seems not to work," adding "Mark Zuckerberg must now explain & take immediate action."

Breton will fly to Meta's headquarters in Menlo Park in two weeks to discuss with Zuckerberg.

According to the tweet, Meta will have to demonstrate that they've adequately addressed the child porn issue, or 'face heavy sanctions.'

According to the report in the Journal, which Meta did not deny, Instagram has become home to a large and organized network of pedophiles - for whom Instagram's own algorithms promoted kiddie-porn. The pedophiles themselves were using

coded emojis, such as a picture of a map, or a slice of cheese pizza.

According to the researchers, Instagram allowed pedophiles to search for content with explicit hashtags such as #pedowhore and #preteensex, which were then used to connect them to accounts that advertise child-sex material for sale from users going under names such as "little slut for you."

"Instagram is an on ramp to places on the internet where there’s more explicit child sexual abuse," according to Brian Levine, director of the UMass Rescue Lab. Levine authored a 2022 report for the DOJ's National Institute of Justice on child exploitation over the internet.

What's more, Meta accounted for 85% of child pornography reports filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, according to the report. That said, "Meta has struggled with these efforts more than other platforms both because of weak enforcement and design features that promote content discovery of legal as well as illicit material, Stanford found."

Ukraine-bound ammo train robbed in Poland

Authorities claim that all four crates and contents have been recovered and accounted for, according to local media

Western-provided ammunition destined for Ukraine fell prey to train thieves in Poland on Sunday. Local media reported that the now detained criminals had not targeted the military cargo intentionally, but rather chosen the crates by chance.

Police spokesperson Mariusz Ciarka told reporters that the train operated by US troops was traveling from Germany. According to the authorities, the thieves broke into the carriage under the cover of night in the town of Wegliniec. Lower Silesian Police representative, Przemyslaw Ratajczyk explained that “when they realized what they had stolen, they got scared and, fearing serious consequences, decided to abandon the loot.”

Police began searching for the missing crates and found all four in a pond four kilometers away from the original crime scene. In a Twitter post on Wednesday, officials revealed that the seals on three crates seemed intact, while the other one had been opened, but no ammunition was taken.

The police reported that it had detained three locals on suspicion of theft who are known to the authorities for their “previous property offenses.” However, officials may be looking for a fourth suspect, according to some reports.

Local news pointed out that train theft in the area is “nothing new.”

Poland’s RMF FM radio station alleged that the thieves had laid their hands on some 120 rounds of 25 mm caliber shells. Other outlets claimed that the crates contained grenades and unspecified ammunition, or grenade launchers and shells.

Since Russia launched its military campaign in Ukraine last February, Poland has been actively supporting its neighbor with weapons. Additionally, the country has turned into a logistical hub for arms deliveries from other Western nations.

It is apparent from OKI’s response that on election day and prior, Maricopa County did not accurately conduct tests or even read the printer manual. Maricopa County and Ruth McGregor either lied in the report or were so incompetent that they couldn’t follow basic instructions on Election Day and during the so-called investigation. What else did they hide?

OKI detailed in their response that they were “completely unaware that an investigation was underway,” Maricopa County’s conclusions were “disingenuous,” and solutions to the issues on Election Day, when 59% of machines targeting Republicans failed to read ballots, could “be discerned readily from the printers’ manual” or by consulting the company.

New Witness Destroys Entire Trump Docs Narrative, Even CNN Can’t Ignore This Bombshell

Amid reports that the Department of Justice is planning to drop an indictment on former President Donald Trump for his handling of classified documents, a new report has emerged that runs contrary to the narrative that the former president never followed the rules.

According to a report from CNN, a former official who served in the White House during the Trump and Obama administrations as an adviser on declassifying documents, provided specific instances of when Trump ensured everything was done by the book.

The former official, whose name was withheld by CNN, said Trump knew the process for properly declassifying documents, although he did not go so far as to say it was always followed.

The official, who was interviewed by the Justice Department in the Trump probe and the department’s investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, said the tone of each probe was very different.

When comparing the questioning about Biden to that about Trump, the former official said, “You wouldn’t expect it to match the intensity, and it didn’t.”

The former official recalled to CNN how Trump and his aides ensured certain documents, such as a 2018 memo pertaining to the discredited Russia probe against Trump, were properly declassified.

The former official said former National Security Council lawyer John Eisenberg met with Trump in the Oval Office, then summoned him.

Eisenberg then told the former official to “get your declassifying tools.”

The former official said the memo was then painstakingly reviewed and redacted as he and White House attorneys worked under the guidance of Eisenberg, who CNN said refused to comment on the story.

Trump has said that he automatically declassified large numbers of documents, while his lawyers have suggested that as the administration left Washington, multiple classified documents were scooped up and packed.

However, there’s no indication Trump followed the proper declassification process, and his attorneys have avoided saying so far in court whether Trump declassified the records he kept.

Attorney and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz said indicting Trump amounts to a form of election interference, according to One America News.

“I have absolutely no doubt we’re seeing special justice for Donald Trump, an attempt to get Trump, an attempt to take the vote away from the voters and put it in the hands of Justice Department officials, jurors, lawyers, and judges,” he said.

Dershowitz said Trump is all but indicted at this point.

“When you get the letter that you’re a target, it means you’re indicted. Basically, it means unless you can persuade prosecutors that they have missed something or something’s wrong or something new develops, you will be indicted,” he said.

DHS Sought To Assign Social Credit Style “Risk Scores” To Social Media Users

Newly-obtained documents reveal.

In a sharp spotlight on the interplay between national security and individual privacy, newly disclosed documents have unveiled that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entered into a contract with the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2018 to develop a project, dubbed “Night Fury,” designed to analyze and assign “risk scores” to social media accounts.

The Brennan Center for Justice procured these documents through a public records request, and Motherboard was the first to report on them. Project Night Fury aimed at utilizing automation to detect and evaluate social media accounts for connections to terrorism, illegal opioid distribution, but also disinformation campaigns.

The DHS document stated, “The Contractor shall develop these attributes to create a methodology for developing a ranking, or ‘Risk Score,’ associated with the identified accounts.”

Project Night Fury had also planned on incorporating involvement from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide “cross-mission operational context,” according to one of the documents.

Experts had warned DHS about the inherent difficulties and biases involved in automated judgment for these matters, citing that characteristics like being “pro-terrorist” have no concrete definition.

Notably, DHS terminated Project Night Fury in 2019. However, it underscores the agency’s continued interest in social media as a resource for analysis. This comes in the wake of earlier reports of CBP utilizing an AI-powered tool, Babel X, for analyzing travelers’ social media at US borders.

While Night Fury’s focus was initially on “counter-terrorism, illegal opioid supply chain, transnational crime, and understanding/characterizing/identifying the spread of disinformation by foreign entities,” the documents indicate that UAB’s work was intended to “scale to other DHS domains” and “build next generation capabilities.”

Canada Smoke Causes 50% Reduction in Solar Power Production in the Northeastern US

Solar power generation in parts of the northeastern United States has taken a significant hit in recent weeks, primarily due to smoke from wildfires in Canada. A thick shroud of smoke has caused solar power production in these areas to plummet by more than 50%.

Solar farms that power New England, for example, were generating 56% less energy at peak demand times compared to just a week before, according to data from ISO-NE per Bloomberg.

ISO New England is a non-profit, independent regional transmission organization that provides services to the six states of the New England region: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Moreover, power generation across the areas serviced by PJM Interconnection LLC, which extends from Illinois to North Carolina, decreased by about 25% compared to the previous week.

“With a situation like this, it’s really unprecedented” in the Northeast, said Matt Kakley, a spokesperson for ISO-New England. “We don’t have a lot of historical data to look back on. There is some learning in real-time.”

Biden Admin to Appoint Anti-Book Ban Coordinator as Part of LGBT Push

The Biden administration unveiled a series of measures on June 8 to address the rights of the LGBTQ community, including taking action on book bans by appointing a coordinator to work with schools.

The as-yet-unnamed Education Department coordinator will work to inform school districts that prohibiting books could violate federal law, among other issues.

“The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights is announcing that to support its ongoing work to defend the rights of LGBTQI+ students and other underserved communities, it will appoint a new coordinator to address the growing threat that book bans pose for the civil rights of students,” the White House said in the announcement.

“That coordinator will work to provide new trainings for schools nationwide on how book bans that target specific communities and create a hostile school environment may violate federal civil rights laws.”

The announcement is part of the administration’s efforts to observe Pride Month and address the concerns surrounding LGBTQ rights. The administration is also unveiling plans to support mental health resources for those in the LGBTQ community and combat violence against the same groups.

The administration has expressed specific concern over book bans, particularly those targeting books that feature LGBTQ communities, communities of color, and other groups.

“Book banning erodes our democracy, removes vital resources for student learning, and can contribute to the stigma and isolation that LGBTQI+ people and other communities face,” the White House said.

Biden’s Comments on the Initiatives

“As president, I was proud to end the band on transgender troops in our military, sign the Respect for Marriage Act, strengthen the civil rights protections for LGBT Americans, and advance LGBT human rights around the globe, but our fight is far far from over,” President Joe Biden said during a June 8 news conference.

He outlined some of the details of his programs that his administration introduced and said they still had plenty of work ahead due to the “hysterical” and “prejudice” people around the country, saying he hoped to find a solution to “violence and hate crimes targeting LGBTQ people.”

“It’s wrong that extreme officials are pushing hateful bills, targeting transgender children, terrifying families and criminalizing doctors,” Biden said. “These are our kids. These are our neighbors. LGBTQ Americans, especially children, you’re loved, you’re heard, and this administration has your back.”

RI Republican Matthew Reilly busted on drug charges accused of sex abuse

An ex-Rhode Island Republican councilman found passed out in his car while holding a crack pipe has been busted again — this time on molestation charges involving a 12-year-old girl.

Matthew Reilly resigned in disgrace from the Cranston City Council when cops discovered him last month lying back in his car seat — blacked out and mouth agape — after someone reported he was “literally choking.”

Reilly was charged with drug possession and later resigned from his council seat.

On Thursday, Reilly was back in legal trouble from an arrest in North Kingston for alleged child molestation, the Providence Journal reported, citing Cranston Police Chief Michael Winquist.

Reilly was charged with first- and second-degree child molestation sexual assault, and enticement of a person under the age of 16, police said.

The bust was the culmination of a month-long investigation sparked by a complaint filed by the legal guardian of a 12-year-old girl, according to the newspaper.

Reilly was arrested with possession of a controlled substance on May 15 – about a week into the probe involving the child. The alleged crimes involving the girl took place May 3, the Journal reported, citing court records.

District Court Judge Joseph Ippolito ordered Reilly held without bail, and that he undergo a competency hearing, Winquist told the outlet.

Reilly’s lawyer, Michael Lepizzera Jr. told The Daily Beast his client entered a not guilty plea to the molestation charges.

“With these types of charges, I can see the general public and even close friends instantaneously turning their back on Mr. Reilly and drawing knee jerk conclusions,” Lepizzera said in an email to the outlet.

“I simply ask everyone to refrain from public ridicule and gossip and allow the legal process to unfold in the ordinary course. While we may not have a perfect system of justice in this country (as nothing is perfect), my 30 years as a lawyer allows me to state that we have as near perfect judicial system as could exist and we should trust in the system to be the final adjudicator of the facts, the law, and any legal outcome,” he wrote.

Last month, Reilly told the officer who shook him awake in his car that he has sleep apnea.

Glenn Greenwald Takes Comey And Clinton World To Task After Hillary Shills Merchandise On Twitter

Greenwald hit back at Clinton for her tweet, calling out both her and Comey.

“James Comey all but admitted Hillary committed felonies by mishandling classified information: setting up a private server in her home. They didn’t prosecute her because – as Comey revealed – he hated Trump and was desperate to see him lose. Now she thinks it’s funny.”

“Virtually every US institution has suffered a massive lost of faith and trust among the public, except the military (and it’s not a healthy sign in a democracy when only the military is respected). Flagrant politicization of the DOJ/FBI like this is very dangerous,” Greenwald continued.

While Clinton was not charged, Comey did say in 2016 there was “evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information.”

Despite the assertion, Comey continued, “Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

Republican Senators Introduce ‘End Endless Wars Act’ to Repeal 2001 AUMF

Passed in the wake of 9/11, the 2001 AUMF is still used to justify war today

A group of Republican senators on Thursday introduced a bill to repeal the 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) that was passed in the wake of the September 11th attacks and is still being used to justify wars today.

The End Endless Wars Act was introduced by Senators Rand Paul (R-KY), Mike Lee (R-UT), JD Vance (R-OH), and Mike Braun (R-IN). The legislation would repeal the 2001 AUMF 180 days after its enactment.

“If there exists any desire to reclaim our Constitutional power and send a message to the world that we are a nation of peace, Congress should pass this bill and repeal the 2001 Authorization for war. After all, the 2001 AUMF never intended to authorize worldwide war, all the time, everywhere, forever,” said Sen. Paul, according to a press release from his office.

Sen. Lee said the 2001 AUMF has “become one of the many instruments of misuse, and it is time for members of Congress to end this authority that keeps us in endless wars.” Sen. Braun said that no president should “have the authority to singlehandedly wage war” and called to “return this power to the people and repeal this authorization that has far outlived its’ purpose.”

The 2001 AUMF currently authorizes war in Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen, and several other countries. There’s been a push in Congress to repeal the 2002 AUMF that was used for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, but that authorization is not used today, and repealing it won’t end any current wars.

In March, the Senate voted to repeal the 2002 AUMF and the 1991 AUMF used for the Gulf War. At the time, Sen. Paul attempted to include an amendment to the legislation to repeal the 2001 AUMF, but it failed in a vote of 9-86.

Judicial Watch: FBI Admits Hillary Clinton Emails Found in Obama White House

Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.

E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.

U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

Priestap also testifies that 48,982 emails were reviewed as a result of a warrant for Clinton email account information from the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who had been married to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Nearly 300 absentee ballots from 2020 election found in Michigan county storage unit

Michigan police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the ballots.

Nearly 300 absentee ballots from the 2020 election were found in a Michigan county storage unit, according to a township supervisor.

The ballots were discovered in a storage unit in Genesee County, which encompasses the city of Flint, Mich., and Thetford Township.

The discovery was made by Thetford Township Supervisor Rachel Stanke through a Freedom of Information Act and presented Wednesday to the township board and residents, according to Michigan News Source.

In 2021, Stanke first became aware of the potential existence of the missing ballots. She initially contacted the Michigan attorney general and the secretary of state, then later told the Michigan State Police after receiving tips regarding the missing ballots and supposed "old township documents" that were discovered.

The storage unit was rented by a former township employee who stowed the box of ballots there, according to the FOIA records. Stanke said that the employee was not aware of the contents of the box.

The Michigan police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the ballots after recovering them in August 2022.

Stanke hopes that residents can trust the fairness and accuracy of elections. "That's why I want to bring this to their attention," she said. "And I want them to be able to make sure that their elections are run fairly and smoothly."

Katie Hicks, who lost by 19 votes in her race for Thetford Township Clerk in 2020, said she cannot trust future elections.

"Now this is all coming out and … I'm kind of happy that it's coming out because the election is right around the corner again. And it concerns me that this will take place again for 2024," Hicks said.

Now a judge has upheld the ruling made by the board after the spa attempted to sue them

A women's spa, where nudity is compulsory, has been ordered by a judge to admit pre-op trans women with penises after an activist complained when the owner tried to ban them.

Olympus Spa had attempted to sue the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC) after being ordered to change their rules.

Trans woman Haven Wilvich's membership application for the Korean spa was declined. She alleged the spa told her 'transgender women without surgery are not welcome' and complained to the commission.

The family-owned spa, which has a branch on the outskirts of Seattle and one in Tacoma, is modeled on Jjimjilbang - sex-segregated bath houses in Korea - and offers monthly memberships and day passes.

Now, a Washington District Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the spa and upheld the original ruling by the WSHRC. The Pacific Northwest state is one of several Dem-run areas where trans people are permitted to use facilities which align with their gender without question.

In her judgement, District Court Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein upheld the ruling made by the WSHRC and said that the measures taken to the prevent the spa from having a female-only policy had been lawful.

Special Counsel Jack Smith says DOJ 'sets the example for the world' as he insists on 'speedy trial' for Donald Trump

Following the unsealing of the Biden administration’s indictment against 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, Special Counsel Jack Smith, who headed the investigation, held a press conference announcing the charges.

"Today the indictment was unsealed, charging Donald J Trump with felony violations of our national security laws, as well as participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. This indictment was voted by a grand jury of citizens in the Southern District of Florida," Smith said.

Smith invited everyone to read it in full to understand the scope and the gravity of the crimes charged," adding that the laws that protect national defense information "are critical to the safety and security of the United States, and they must be enforced.

Smith added that "we have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone."
