This is the Executive Order Special Counsel Jack Smith is using to indict Trump. Smith has filed dozens of charges including multiple counts of espionage. EO 13526 is an Obama era policy. The guy who authored the text to the EO, Norman Eisen, says Trump has no defense because he never updated the declassification process.
