Has anyone ever sorted out how the world was divided up amongst the enemy …and conclusively determined what families were the "three sides of the pyramid"?

Based on fairly common knowledge, I think it is safe to assume the Rothschilds control the world's currency through central banking, and their fuckery to compromise royal families has them well-entrenched as the super power in Europe. Their work to shape the old world to their liking is well documented.

The Bush family history is cloudy, but Prescott enters the scene in WWI as a US Army Field Artillery Officer. His work in WWII as a Nazi financier is somewhat known. I think their rise to the staus of "the Rothchilds of the New World" can be pretty well pieced together.

I think it can also be reasonably pieced together that the Rothschild and Bush families had come to a meeting of the minds and began to exploit the world as a harmonious partnership, using the Rothschilds government control of European power to begin to shape the globe together through waged war and the R family specialty of silent conquest.

POTUS DJT would have received a warrior hero's welcome in Saudi Arabia for one reason: He liberated the kingdom from its controllers. Similar can be said of North Korea.
