Let me ask you, once SC green lighted "no standing" to TX and 20+ other States, can you think of an avenue a litigant has in the future when fighting this in lower Courts? They know Swill kick it out again. In fact, they can cite SC kicking it out as a reason to kick it out.

If there are 2 sides to this subject and both agree the only way for a favorable verdict is if the Judge is sitting because their camp sat them, Doesn't that in and of itself destroy the appearance of imperiality?
We are now there. It doesn't matter if we have good Judges anymore. It matters if they appear to be good Judges.
The only Judges who have Constitutional protection are the SC and they are the ones who caused all of this with their weak actions. It is why we see so many ruling now unanimous or near unanimous. They are trying to save their existence. They caused this

George Washington hid the funding for this land ( kept in tact for all of these years) to reward the spy who informed the British soldiers that Christmas Eve was safe to rest and the Army wouldn't attack. Army bought the land and DJT returned it to it's rightful status. Even grows wheat on it. Saved the 1/8 acre for blacks to have a cemetery before it was legal for blacks to own land. cleaned up their cemetery and bought surrounding land to protect it .
Returning it means it is a military installation just as AF1, The WH residence, cafeteria and many other places are. Jurisdiction resides with military. Crimes committed on this property are subject to USMJC… FBI wouldn't like that
You like this history? Check out the history of Bedford NY. Although some acreage has been shaved off and it no longer holds the historical plot in tact. Most was left in tact at the time DJT purchased it.

yes it was peculiar. It has been a while since I researched this but as I recall , it replaced the original post office in PA or NY. That was the Governing body. Shutting it down essentially ( arguably) shuts down their intended power.
