The voice sounds more like Matt Damon from a theatrical piece (MD’s politics in the real world is probably nothing like the words he delivers on screen).
“Truck caught on fire and broke the road”. That one story.
“Road broke and caught truck on fire.” That’s very plausible.
DOT parked tanker under the road, set it on fire, and hopes to get more funding ‘to fix roads’ that the DOT broke and has no intention of ever fixing. I’m going with that until more valid information can be found.
