Trump is being prosecuted for having the audacity to have been president–and to dare to run again
President Joe Biden is weaponizing his Department of Justice to prosecute his leading political opponent–and everybody knows it. The Democrats and establishment GOP hate Trump, hate his supporters, and are so angry that he won the White House once, they have done everything they can think of to make sure he doesn't win it again.
Biden is prosecuting Trump for retaining classified documents after he left office, something it has been discovered Biden did when he left the office of the Vice President in 2016, even though as VP he had no right to do so, whereas Trump did as president in 2020. Trump held onto 11 boxes, while Biden held onto more than 1800. Yet, the DOJ gives Biden a pass and seeks prison time for Trump. This is the first time in US history that the federal government has sought to criminally prosecute a former president.
And it's telling that it's being done at a time when Trump seeks the GOP nomination to again run for the office of the presidency and has Biden running scared in the polls. …

Iran’s Regime Has Failed To Contain Public Outrage, Officials and Analysts Warn
he Iranian regime is currently facing a critical situation, and it appears inevitable that a new wave of protests will occur. The regime’s officials and media are working hard to prevent such protests by resorting to various measures.
These include increasing the number of executions, engaging in mass and arbitrary arrests, suppressing dissent, and bolstering security and intelligence forces. Additionally, they employ propaganda tactics to promote soft solutions and create fake opposition groups, all in an attempt to hinder the country’s uprising.
However, it is clear that the regime will ultimately fail to prevent the emergence of new protests. The reasons that initially led people to turn against the regime not only persist, but have worsened over time. Masoud Pezeshkian, a member of the regime’s parliament, recently acknowledged this reality by stating that the people’s voices are loud and clear.
He emphasized the need for MPs to listen to the grievances expressed by the people and not dismiss them as threats to national security. Pezeshkian recognized that imprisoning individuals and creating obstacles for them is not a viable solution. He stressed the importance of acknowledging the people’s alarm caused by their hardships and struggles, emphasizing that the people are reaching a breaking point.
Jalil Rahimi Jahanabadi, another MP, affirmed that the people’s suffering has only intensified, and there is a severe imbalance between their incomes and expenses. The problems faced by the people have reached a point where no viable solutions remain. …

Jack Smith, the special counsel appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to handle the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents, has a checkered legal past that includes a brutal smackdown by a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court.
According to the Western Journal, Smith — then head of the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Unit after being appointed by far-left AG Eric Holder — led the prosecution of then-Republican Gov. Bob McDonnell of Virginia, who was convicted on corruption charges in 2014.
In that case, the government argued that McConnell improperly took gifts from a political donor, but in 2016, as Politico reported, a unanimous Supreme Court ruled 8-0 to overturn the conviction. (Justice Antonin Scalia had passed away suddenly and then-President Barack Obama had nominated then-U.S. District Judge Merrick Garland to replace him, but that nomination was blocked).
In the high court’s ruling, Chief Justice John Roberts shredded Smith’s prosecution for relying on a “boundless” definition of what constituted corruption. …
