in a matriarchy, the men are the sled dogs and the (bad) women who (pretend to be not running things) (by the way that is not all women, most women are good) the bad women have the whip (of offering favors) to the weak men (the dogs) who they control through favors.
Most men and women don't want this to be true, but sadly, at the top of the pyramid it does seem to be that way.
the bad women rule over the wicked men who are driven by the lust and urges to pull the sled for the wicked women.
this isn't all men and women, but the ones who aren't like that aren't let into the corridors of corrupt power.
