When Pence repeats the Dem smear, “No one is above the law”, he’s going on the attack. I’ve disagreed that Pence is a WH for a couple of years now. Marc Short his WH head of staff worked against Trump, and Pence let Fauci and Birx do whatever they wanted to do, he was in charge of Covid team at the WH, not Trump.
