Anon theory:
Milley snuck classified material without labels into PDJT's personal stack. He talks about it in the audio clip's transcript cited in the indictment itself.
The crime being revealed is a setup by them to get PDJT, but it was a trap for them, and the Presidential Records Act was the fail-safe to expose them with. The indictment will fail, and another layer of subversion is exposed.
If the motive was to get Trump at any/all costs, and anyone else involved in it was also involved in the "Russiagate" thing, then they've got massive problems.
