It basicallly measures the electromagnetivity of the atmosphere causedby the Sun, which is called resonance.
When the Sun is active it creates an electromagnetic storm on its surface and it emits Dark Plasma, CME (Coronal Mass Ejection), and Solar Flares toward earth. Many times this activity is followed by thunderstorms in our atmosphere. However, sometimes the Solar Flares, etc. miss earth and nothing happens.
When they do hit earth's atmosphere, since our brains and bodies are electromagnetic receptors, the increased electromagnetism raises the overall vibration of the earth positively.
In addition, this electromagnetism is like small packets of knowledge GOD is sending us. When people talk about ascending, this is what they mean… they are ascending with spiritual knowledge and basic knowledge.
I always pray twice a day, but during these periods I like to pray to GOD asking him for more knowledge to continue my intellectual and spiritual ascension. GOD has always answered anon.
