Always two steps ahead, President Trump made it stick in an unusual way. He was sued and lost his case in the US Supreme Court. He blocked some Twitter users from his Twitter account. He was sued by the plaintiff who argued that Trump could not block other Twitter users from seeing his Twitter account. This is what the plaintiff argued in a case that went to SCOTUS:
