Time for Common Sense
Since the founding of the Republic, we the people of the United States have preserved the national legacy of the founders to protect our fellow Americans, who are God-fearing, law-abiding, defenders, of freedom. For two centuries defense of the US Constitution has protected First Amendment freedoms that have preserved our liberties, property, and religious freedom. We see this belief as self-evident.
Regrettably, in the Twenty-First Century, we find that our property, liberties, and religious faith are no longer secure, but rather are under daily attacks by Marxist enemies of our constitutional Republic. They would redistribute wealth creating a dictatorship in which the state owns everything. In so doing, they would destroy property owners, the clergy, and the middle class – a genocide the likes of which have not been seen since Mao transformed mainland China into a Peoples’ Republic. Their proposal would create a so-called workers’ paradise – a society in which everyone owns everything.
These fanatic enemies of the Republic have waged unremitting assaults upon our national heritage, family values, and the Constitution. They have done so utilizing constitutionally protected rights, liberties, and academic freedom to propagate fallacies of social injustice, undermine our academic institutions, defund law enforcement, and sabotage free enterprise. Their purpose is to destroy our Constitutional Republic.
These public enemies avail themselves of American liberties to defeat the Republic. It is unconscionable that enemies of the Constitution should be allowed to employ US constitutionally protected rights to destroy the Republic. Yet, that is where we find ourselves. Our enemies employ our political system to destroy our Republic. Our failure to protect ourselves creates what amounts to assisted suicide by our Constitutional Republic. The problem is aggravated by widespread crime to overturn honest and fair elections by Democrats, who conduct themselves in a manner best described as Jacobins or communist radicals.
The question American citizens ask is how can we defend our freedom in the face of ruthless attacks by Communist Revolutionaries? Delivering ourselves from their deliberate assaults requires the employment of law enforcement and national security agencies to apprehend and punish those responsible for breaking the law.
Given the capture of federal agencies (DOJ, FBI, CIA, IRS) by communist traitors, we find federal law enforcement authorities working to further the Communist Revolution in America. Our best response appears to be defunding criminal federal and state agencies while utilizing what remains of the legally functioning criminal justice system to clean out communist traitors working as federal and state employees.
The problem is aggravated by the disruptive efforts of George Soros, and wealthy Democrat donors. These wealthy political activists fund like-minded, communist candidates for public office, who refuse to enforce the law. Once elected, the communist office-seekers paralyze the criminal justice system. The result is widespread crime, insecurity, and the collapse of the criminal justice system. By their subversion of the criminal justice system, George Soros, and his wealthy partners in crime, are committing treason.
How can patriotic Americans respond to this crisis? Law-abiding American citizens can assist state and local officials in enforcing the law to protect our communities from these deep-state criminals, who leave no stone unturned to undermine the system. We need to put the crooks behind bars where they belong. Until they are incarcerated or hung for crimes of treason, criminals must be notified that their crimes are no secret and will be punished by the law.
This application of common sense would preserve American heritage, family values, and personal property from destruction by Communists determined to create a socialist paradise by fundamentally transforming America. Regrettably, the historical record of the accomplishments of communist dictatorships reveals genocidal crimes against humanity in a police state where the workers are slaves living in abject poverty. Communism turns terrorists into tyrants and workers into slaves. It is an outcome only the most deranged criminals find attractive.

Case Against Trump ‘Irreparably Tainted by Government Misconduct’,
Says Ex-Trump Defense Attorney
The investigation into former President Donald Trump over alleged mishandling of classified documents has been “irreparably tainted by government misconduct” and therefore could see the case thrown out entirely before trial, a former Trump criminal defense attorney claimed.
Timothy Parlatore, who served as a criminal defense attorney for former President Donald Trump until last month, has said that he believes there are fundamental flaws with the federal case against the current Republican frontrunner — particularly over the grand jury process and breaches of attorney-client privilege — which could result in the entire case being quashed before even heading to trial.
Detailing how he would approach the pretrial strategy in an interview with POLITICO, Parlatore said that Trump’s attorneys should “attack the conduct of the entire investigation and show through death by a thousand cuts why this entire investigation is irreparably tainted by government misconduct,” adding: “The case, therefore, should be dismissed or, at a minimum, the prosecutor should be disqualified.”
The defense lawyer said that one of the most important pretrial battles will concern the admissibility of the communication notes of Trump attorney Evan Corcoran, which were allowed to be used in the case by D.C. federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who allowed prosecutor Jack Smith to pierce attorney-client privilege under the “crime-fraud exception,” which allows the seal of secrecy between a lawyer and client if it is determined that their communications were made with the aim of gaining advice on how to commit a crime.
Parlatore argued that the decision to unseal the notes — which according to the New York Times “gave prosecutors a road map to building their case” — was made prior to the Trump legal team having full access to the evidence put forward against him and therefore the motion will likely have to be re-argued before the court. …

Not discussed enough is how chilling and authoritarian it is for DOJ to pierce attorney-client privilege by criminalizing a document dispute between a POTUS and the Archives through a facially unconstitutional and politically weaponized interpretation of the Espionage Act.
