There is no legal reason why these cases would be put on hold. If her case (civil) needed to be put on hold, she would have done so when Bragg charged DJT. There is nothing special about Federal cases . No reason a Federal case cannot be happening simultaneous to a State civil or criminal. In fact, it is a complete injustice to the people of NY if she believes her case.

Congress needs to get in on this and bring them in for questioning. This is proof these cases were targeted attack on a political opponent.

Federal Courts stick to a schedule. They will all know the schedule. Federal cases have no super power to take precedent over State charges
