Jean-Pierre: Earlier today, [Biden] vetoed SJ Resolution 11, the most recent attempt by congressional republicans to pollute the air our children breathe.
Reporter: Former President Donald Trump said that if he were reelected he would appoint a special prosecutor to go after Biden. I wondered if there was concern about this kind of rhetoric, especially considering what we saw on January 6th after a lot of rhetoric by Trump.
Jean-Pierre: President Trump is a candidate, right now he is speaking as a candidate, so we just don't want to comment on 2024.
Reporter: Last night, President Trump called his arrest, "the most evil and heinous abuse of power in the history of our country", and he accused [Biden] of having him arrested, effectively directing his arrest. Your response?
Jean-Pierre: I'm not going to comment to that.
Jean-Pierre: [Biden] recognizes the burden student debt has on tens of millions of black Americans.
Reporter: Last night, FOX News ran a chyron that refereed to [Biden] as a wanna be dictator, I'm wondering if the White House has any comment on that.
Jean-Pierre: There are probably about seven hundred and eighty-seven million things that I can say about this, that was wrong about what we saw last night, but I don't think I'm going to get into it.
