It's a Labyrinth. It was a common way of meditation, especially in medieval France (see 1913 Catholic Encyclopedia here: http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/08728b.htm). As the website in >>1901126 rightly identifies, it is in the style of the one at Chartres Cathedral. However, in recent decades it has both found new attention in Christian circles and also been co-opted by New-Agers of various sorts.
Even though it's at a Red Hen supplier, I would hardly call it conclusive evidence on its own.
