July 6th will be 30 months.

I need my memo on your end processed around that date so we can get this pushed to completion. I can't do what I need to do while incarcerated. I'm pushing on both ends now to make sure that happens.

It can't come from my end it has to come from yours. I have no legal recourse to request it. It has to be in my file to tie it all together and justify what's happened.
