looking through this some of the things I am reading are talking about how the United States and the DOJ can still determine that the information can still be determined to be muh classified. I read that and I was kind of confused by it because it sounds like if the Defendant can not use the classified information the court has to dismiss the charge. My question then after reading this is how does the court react when it is revealed by Trump that the information the Biden regime and terrorists has already been declassified and the classification is really what is at issue here does the judge kick the entire thing out of court. That could be shown during pretrial. Judge could just dismiss all of this and no one sees anything. Just spitballing really depends on at what point Trump introduces the evidence of his declassification.

The documents are in evidence the proof of him having them declassified could be presented in pretrial motions or during the actual trial which would most likely be end of this year at the earliest.
