Actually, I think there is something to this guy. I went through a several month period of listening to his nightly webcasts - interesting because he’d review the daily quakes, teach a lot about the science behind them and made actually fairly amazing accurate predictions on size, timing and location, even in areas rarely struck. Made a believer of me. He prognostications are largely based on transferred energy/pressure from one earthquake to other areas, taking into account a relatively short list of relevant criteria.
