First thing this Anon thought of after it was coming out in suspect news outlets that the 3 hacktivist groups would bring down the European banks within 48 hours! It then started reporting that US Gov agencies were getting hit with malware and theft. Totally different things but WEF came to mind with news of their claims of threats of cyber attacks on banking system tied to possible criminal world events
