I dont mind learning HTML or CSS with newbies, but the moment they use that knowledge in a malicious manner is a very thin line that you can't cross, and could result in serious consiquences. I'm not trying to be a downer or anything, but I just dont like having my skills being used for harm.

Fair enough. Would it still be allowed if a person were to say "Here's the script, do with it what you wish." That way the person asking can't really put the blame on the person answering since they are the one who wrote the script?

I understand your point of view. I think it's kind of up to the individual. I think in the situation you proposed you could still get in trouble because you are the one who posted the code, and would probably be seen as "aiding and abetting". But what would someone use this code for? Maybe some stalker wants to hack into someones Facebook, in that case that's not right, but what if a person just wants to look at the code? It's a grey area in my opinion.
