Government is in the business of taking care of people.
If the constitution was implemented so many people would die because they cant think for themselves.
There are a lot of people who depend on a government check, way too many to sustain or just stop giving out the checks.
Its the governments fault because they have been creating the problem on purpose so the Washington scam machine can skim and rake in the back door fiduciary schemes, in the process they have created a dependable, lazy and fat heard that if denied their food or checks would do anything other than work for it to obtain what they needed.
