Two thoughts for friend
1) Ivermectin wonder drug for a few weeks with a healthy dose of Zinc (2x day)
2) This anon has tried a parasite cleanse w/ "food grade" turpentine (gum spirits). NOT more than a 1/2 teaspoon. If he's got parasites, he'll feel it, burping noxious gas…but all will evacuate in normal means…in the toilet.
Gum spirits can be bought on Amazon. Turpentine at HomeDepot will kill you, it is different / benzene based.

This anon says gum spirits as a possible, because it is derived from pine tree sap, which keeps the trees disease free. Incidentally, pine nettle tea has been cited as a spike protein detox … not a biochemist, but i think we can see the correlation.
