The "Russia hoax" was an attack against the president of The United States AKA "The Commander in Chief" and these actions were an attempt to overthrow the duly-elected government of The United States.
These are acts of war -and this is why they will (or have been) tried by a military court.

SCOTUS doesn't have jursidiction. The people who crossed that line are heading for an unimagineable hell with little hope of anything but swift justice and accountability.
