>Does the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act make the Russia hoax technically legal?

I don't think so, as there was an end goal which was to inhibit, unseat etc. the duly elected President.

However, bearing Smith-Mundt in mind, it could be the reason that people haven't gone to jail, as of yet. Specifically, Trump & Team using Smith-Mundt to play this all out for as long as possible to get as many people on board as possible so that there is broad based popular support for the arrests, indictments etc.

>I think if Durham goes to the USSC,

Not sure the Supremes do criminal…? Do they? I know that might seem silly, it's a court, but i can't think of a criminal case they've handled and subsequently meted out a penalty.

Not sure where I read it (i think a sauceless anon statement on twat) that for the military to get involved "citizen's lives" need to be harangued so much they can't go about their "normal routine" Like Mexican cartel gunfights in Brownsville, or Chinese cyber attacks so bad, NYC Subway is down….sh*t liike that.

not sure what gets us there…
